Nearly perfect apartment. Loved all the appliances - the microwave, big fridge, stove top, and washer all worked well for us. I didn't use the oven but that seemed like it could be very handy as well. I really appreciated the weekday cleaning service and the room was generally kept extremely clean. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The Internet was fast and more than adequate for important work video calls back to California. The air conditioning also worked well. My kids and I played in the pool which was the perfect size for young kids although the water was a little cold (not bad for a very hot day however). Appreciate that there are separate towels handy for going swimming. The hotel was also the quietest we've stayed at in Vienna - no noise from outdoor and extremely little indoor noise (from the hallways, but you'd have to listen extremely carefully and even then it's rare). The staff answered my questions quickly. The location was perfect for us as it was a very quiet and pleasant walk to the Polizei-Sportanlage where our kids were going to soccer camp. More generally, it is close to Ströck bakery and EXTREMELY close to the BILLA grocery store which was super convenient. The walk to the nearest U-Bahn is also pleasant. If we have return to Kaisermühlen I would love to stay here again.

There is supposed to be a dryer for clothes but I didn't see it. Also I think even if it had been there, it costs 1 euro (which is OK I suppose). However, there were plenty of racks to use for drying so we dried or clothes out in the garden which was OK since the weather is so warm in Vienna right now. It would have been nice if the rooms had body lotion but I understand apartment hotels like this one don't usually have that. Other toiletries were on hand. There was a fairly large spider web at the window in our room but maybe that spider is super fast.

The host was very nice. We arrived before the official check-in time and met the host when their reception was just about to close (their reception is only open until noon). the room was already made and ready for us to check in, despite us bring a bit too early. Nice, quiet location with two supermarkets nearby and a bus stop just around the corner. Nearest underground station within 10 minutes walking distance or 3 bus stops away. AC was a relief in the hot weather! Fully equipped, clean and well maintained kitchen. Fridge came with a big freezer.

The bed was too soft for us. The bathroom ceiling had a bit of mold in one corner. Our room faced the garden, so there were often mosquitoes when we opened the windows.

The apartment was in a good location, easily reached by underground/bus. It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Check-in was easy and we all had a great time. It had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

A comfortable well equipped apartment situated in a fairly quiet street, with basic shops around the corner and fairly close to public transport. The host was very informative upfront, so we had absolutely no issues getting around. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, so those who plan on staying longer can unpack appropriately. I must commend the bed, as it was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The size is more than adequate for a pair, even a family with two kids wouldn't be squeezing.

The place was just what I expected - certainly functional rather than glamorous, but it was clean, well maintained, the neighbourhood felt safe, and it's convenient for the Austria Center. Sadly I didn't get the try the pool. When I arrived the chap who greeted me was very friendly: the room was still being cleaned but they were happy for me to drop off my suitcase in it, which was very helpful. There's a bakery just down the road, and it's quite a nice (though long) walk into the centre of Vienna.

I didn't manage to the get tv working, though I didn't ask about it and I suspect it's my own ineptitude. The restaurants nearby seemed to mostly be cash-only, which I'm not used to - I'm not blaming the apartment for that, just trying to think of anything it would have been useful to know beforehand.

Excellent apartment - extremely clean, comfortable and ideally located at about 10 minutes walk from the conference center. Additionally, had daily room cleaning service which was unexpected.

Only slight issue was that the WiFi was not particularly strong - totally adequate for emails and web-browsing, but there were some difficulties when participating in video-conferencing. I also did not realise the swimming pool was outside and was closed for the winter season. I'm sure it would be utterly delightful in the summer!

The apartment was very cozy, spacious and clean, and equipped with everything a person would need in an apartment (or even more!). Lovely welcome at the reception by the owners and their dogs. The hotel is located very strategically, by a short walking distance to the metro station (you can also take a bus to get there), taking you to the very city center. The neighborhood is very calm and feels safe. Totally would recommend this place to everyone coming to Vienna, I will definitely come back!

It is a comfortable apartment for 2+1 or 2+2. It has all the amenities and is located 10 minutes from the metro station (and a church which was important for me). The hosts were really helpful. Very early in the morning there was a problem with opening the garage (electricity I guess) and the owner took the call and came without a problem to help us. There are some restaurants nearby, especially the native Austrian one I can recommend. For a longer stay, I would recommend for two people. For one or two nights, up to four people

There were four of us so it was a little cluttered - but it’s not the apartments fault, we knew the deal before coming

We enjoyed the location which was well situated for getting to the city center quickly and painlessly on public transport, and to local Cafe for breakfast Bed linen very good. Great closet space which is usually rare in rentals. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood.

We hardly cooked -- out too much -- but we did miss a cutting board in the kitchen. Difficult to prepare food without.i

The apartment as such was very comfortable with all the required amenities inside the apartment including washing machine. There are pots and pans to cook if you wish. It is a bit of a walk from the U1 train station if you had luggage otherwise it is a comfortable walk. It seems like a safe neighborhood. There are groceries, bakery and restaurants very close by. Of course if you are like us and are in Vienna on Saturday or Sunday many of the shops close early on Saturday and are completely closed on Sundays. so prepare for that. Overall a good stay!
