The room was really nice and comfortable. Nice bar and reception area. Bar outside too.

Lack of parking. The hotel car park was full so we asked the man on reception where we could park and he was unhelpful, rather rude and condescending. Finally we found out ourselves that after 10pm on a Friday it's free to park for the weekend in the area but we arrived at 8.30pm. This meant we had to park in McDonalds for an hour and a half, check in and then move the car to a parking spot. Also, if you don't live in Austria, you cant register for a parking account to pay for parking anyway! When I asked the man on reception why info about parking wasn't on the website. I was told that really, to Austrians, it's common sense and the onus is on me to resolve the problem. Not a great start.

clean big room, bathroom clean, have closet in the room. basic stuff but all what you need. I didn't use breakfast, but it seemed OK from what I saw. WiFi no password, but worked well. it's near the bridge to the island, so location was fine for my needs (VIC) and I liked that I can budget. Part of the town is interesting, it's on the Danube and U1 is relatively near, if you have classic touristic center plans, I think part of the town is worth considering.

some tradeoffs: it's cheaper hotel so ;) / single beds were a bit narrower then I would like, often you have to wait on the reception / ground floor at the parking room, although I had sense of privacy / maybe some rooms have river view / it's fine for shorter business stay for example, not really if you want nice-cozy place / maybe "free cancellation" plan is better, if exists, although my stay turned out OK at the end

I really liked the placement of the hotel, both the tram stop and Westfield mall were close by and the metro as well, didn't take too long to get to the centre of the city nor to the train station, the staff was also very kind and helpful

The other residents were a little too loud, there was no noise cancellation but to be fair that is not the hotels faul which is why it didn't really affect my rating, since how loud families with children are can't always be helped, though it would've been nice to have a room somewhere by the end of the hall rather than right by the entrance I suppose, I'll make sure to book well in advance and ask for one next time if possible :)

The hotel is really great, well located, it is about 10 minute walk to the train station. The rooms are well sized, in fact the room are actually very big and beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good. The restaurant only serves breakfast. The internet works well, but only at the reception, in the room its quiet slow. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained, they clean everyday. I like that your room can be cleaned everyday if you want to, just have to indicated. The hotel is also very well priced, it affordable.

The internet did work well in the room, it was very slow. The blankets in the rooms are very thin, so they do not work very well in a cold. The breakfast, I didn't like that there is no option to request for eggs how you want them, it was always scramble eggs and I didn't like how they made them. So I would prefer well fried plain egg. I didn't like that they do not have a microwave by the reception or restaurant to warm up food after hours since they the restaurant does not operate after serving breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Lenas Donau Hotel. The location is perfect, just in front of a tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the U1 metro line, which makes getting around Vienna super easy. It is also very close to the Danube River, offering beautiful views and relaxing walks, and just a short distance from the Westfield shopping center, which is great for shopping and dining. Another huge plus is that the airport bus stop is located just in front of the hotel which is super convenient for arrivals. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, a wide variety and truly one of the most delicious breakfasts I have ever had. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its value, location, and excellent breakfast.

The only downsides were the absence of power sockets near the bed and no kettle in the room, which would have added more convenience.

Very good breakfast - daily we had omelette, boiled eggs, bacon or sausages, vegetables, humus and other spreading creams, fruits, deserts and also a pancake machine. The staff were really friendly and the room very clean. It was really warm in the room. The subway is at 5 min only and it’s really easy to get everywhere, including at the airport (the Vienna airport bus station is right in front of the hotel). The cheapest way to get to the hotel and back to the airport was with the bus (17,5€/pers - for both ways).

The wireless is really slow, but we used our own internet and it was fine. Air conditioning would be useful for people traveling during summer, but in winter we had very warm rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located - it's 10 min walking from the mall, about the same distance from an overnight parking lot (€7 a day), it's across the street from Billa where you can get Käseleberkässemmel for breakfast. The metro is 5 min walking and takes you right to the center. Overall, a very pleasant location. Another benefit is the front desk that speaks fluent English and is available at any time of day and night (from my understanding).

The room was pretty hot at the end of August and the ventilator didn't seem to help much. We got a first floor room (half basement by height) so you can't keep the windows fully open overnight because the people keep walking almost above you and if they wanted to, could climb into your room. The shower was so narrow I almost gave myself second degree burns because while washing my hair I accidentally switched the water to hot (I'm not a big build).

Location is fairly close to the city center, on U1 U-Bahn line, also within walking distance to Westfield Donau shopping center. Convenient is that McDonald's is just accross the street, to grab some food on non-working days, and to park your car (90 minutes max.) when carrying bags to/from hotel. Breakfast was good, with various items, and I liked freshly baked pancakes the most. Staff is nice and polite, and all kudos to ladies working for breakfast. We travelled with our dog, and there is a nice area just outside, to the river bank, for walking and recreation.

The front door needs to be repaired. Only one side works, and is so hard to open, especially when carrying bags. There is another door used just as an exit, but it smashes so hard/loud when closing (it would bother my pet). The bed in the room is so low, it was very difficult for me (being tall and big), to get up. Tiles on the floor; I was used to carpets in Austrian hotels, so here we need to bring our own slippers to walk inside the room.

it was easy to travel by public transport, there was a supermarket and even a McDonald's across the road from the hotel... the Danube river is nearby, you can walk... you can even go to a restaurant and cafe near the river

I didn't have anything to say I didn't like, I could only say that you should be careful when you reserve room as a couple to have a double bed...because I wasn't careful and I had 2 single beds and we had to join them but unfortunately, I still sleep separately because they have wood all around and the mattresses cannot be joined ... but how I say I did not give attention to this detail...I cannot say that it is something I did not like ...

room was okay. could be better but was not bad. I was not fan of carpets tho. location was not near the center but generally was fine, because it was surrounded by bus stops, convenience stores like billa, Tramp line and McDonnalds was literally in front of the hotel. metro station was 5 minutes from hotel by foot. Staff was amazing, very kind and helpful.

wifi was bad. It was okay in some parts of room but generally it was nerve wracking. I really didn't like carpet, I thought they were not very clean. Also price is little bit too much for room like that. bbut it was lowkey my fault due to last inute reserve.
