The hotel is excellent, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. We liked that the rooms are soundproofed well, even though the traffic is under the window, nothing can be heard in the rooms. Parking is in the same building only on the lower floor, which made our stay with two babies a lot easier because going to the car to get things was easy. The hotel staff is wonderful. If we come to Vienna again, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

The room was neat and lovely. I mostly liked the modern design. There was a single seat sofa with a side table which you can use as a small desk, I found it very useful. The shower room was modern and spacious. We loved the gym which is open 24/7, it was good enough for our needs. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty. We liked the Westfield mall across the street - there is a big food zone with restaurants of all kinds, shops and everything you need.

At the second day we noticed a slow water drip from the light spots at the ceiling. We immediately contacted the reception. To resolve the issue, they moved us to a room at the top floor, which was above our expectations (we thought they would send someone to fix it during our stay). So we didn’t like the leak but we appreciate and give a thumbs up for how they handled it. The only minor downside is that the hotel sits a little outside the main sites and city center (still just a short ride away, but it’s the one thing I liked a bit less). Yet you can find everything around to suit your needs. From restaurants, to shops, pharmacies, bakeries, just name it.

Very clean hotel, the staff were nice, i got an early check in. 2 minutes walk to Donau Zentrum mall. Which has a metro train to every where, every one minute. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is a spar super market attached to the hotel. Also some few restaurants and sushi places.

I booked a room with a full bed, but they gave me half duvets, two half duvets, like teenage sized duvets but two. So i had to compromise and attach one to the other to be able to sleep comfortably. And the cleaner didng undeestand enough english for me tk explain that i needed a bigger duvet. So she brought a third (small) one (bless her heart)

The location of this hotel is excellent, even though it is not situated at the very centre of Vienna, however it lies just across the street with U1 Metro Line, and several other trams and buses, so it has a very good connection with any place in the city. The room was clean and very nice, the bed was comfortable and the batthroom was spacious.

Because we was to arrive very late at night, we weren't sure if there is a 24/7 accesible reception at the hotel, so i had to call them to make sure, because at their website i couln't find such information. But in general he have no complaints, the hotel met our expectations.

It was very clean, the bathroom had nice smelling soap, we had free coffee in the room, light switches nice automated, big TV with smart features on which you can cast Netflix, YouTube, powerful nice hairdryer, you get 4 pillows on a double bed, 2 big and 2 medium

The room was cold, the climate control was broken, it works on 22 degrees maximum and if the room reaches above this, it will deliver cold air. I think that for winter season this is wrong. I spoke at the reception 3 times for this, received contradictory messages and gave up eventually :(.

I stayed at the Spark Hotel in Vienna and immediately appreciated its convenient location: there’s both a metro station and a tram stop right nearby, so you can reach any part of the city quickly and without hassle. The room was comfortable, always kept spotless with towels and toiletries replenished regularly. The view from the window was pleasant, and the hotel’s atmosphere was warm and friendly—both staff and fellow guests were polite and welcoming. Overall, my experience was entirely positive!

Excellent stay! Great offer and an exceptional location. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean, with a cozy coffee and tea corner and a complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. A comfortable and pleasant experience overall!

Unhelpful reception experience. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful at all. Every question I asked — such as information about parking or how things were organized — was answered with “I don’t know.” There was no effort to assist or provide alternatives, which was quite disappointing considering the quality of the rest of the stay.

We came to Vienna friday night and booked for one night, and we got a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful view on the metro station and Westfield Donau Zentrum. Mathias checked us in, and he was so kind and helpful, just like the rest of the staff that we had the opportunity to meet. We were amazed by the decoration and the functionality of the room, and don't get me started about how the bed was comfortable! In the morning we decided to stay for two more nights and they offered us to stay in the same room or to switch. Of course, we stayed in our room and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was very clean, and it had sound isolation and great window shades and blackout curtains. In the room is also Nespresso maschine, a kettle and bottle for the water and they are free of charge! You can also get refills for coffee, tea, and water at the reception (also free). The location of the hotel is great and we used public transportation to get to the city center. We parked our car on the street near the hotel (in front of the Vienna International School) because the parking was free on the weekend and later we reparked our car to the private parking nearby that costs 7€/24h. We highly recommend BASSENA Wien Donaustadt, and we are very thankful for the hospitality of the staff! P.S. Can you tell us where can we buy that amazing mattress?

Very good location if someone wants to use the local public transport, also easy to travel there by car. Modern hotel, nice internal design. Parking is not cheap, but that's the average for Vienna, and there are many lots in the garage. Beds are very compfortable. I liked the tea and coffee makers in the room. Staff is very nice.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel, but the breakfast was quite the same for every morning. The warm meals should be kept more warm. It's a little bit difficult to find the reception, which is on the 1st floor, not on the ground floor.

Excellent location (30 min from city center by metro), really nice staff, the lobby is big and cosy. Metro station is just around the corner and you have everything you can possible need, supermarket, healthy shop, restaurant and a nice mall with plenty options to eat or shop. The bed is very confortable, the bathroom is large and very clean

Breakfast is not included and i find it very expensive for the options offered. It costs 24€ and the buffet it’s pretty small and boring so we preffered to eat somewhere’s else. Also, it would be nice to have some slippers in the room.
