For parking, €15 per night is expensive Although I was charged free parking, which is a nice thing from the administration,but when I left the apartment, they text :( me to pay for the parking. We contacted again and the parking was charged for free If you want to use the parking, I recommend other parking near the apartment cast 9.99€ and you can save a some money

Amazing apartment, spacious, good views, good kitchen. I stayed for one week and used the apartment as a place for living and for meetings. The large flat screen in the lounge area was great for presentations and there was space for 5 to 6 around the table I had. The owner was incredibly helpful and delivered coffee and an HDMI cable! Which was amazing. The apartment had the necessary "little things" for the kitchen (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cloth, coffee pods, pots, pans, plates and glasses etc). I was able to cook the whole week without a problem and having a little salt and pepper shaker is a great bonus touch! Having quite sensitive skin, I can confirm that the apartment is hypoallergenic and I did not suffer the usual itchiness from the bed sheets, this is an amazing win! The views on the terrace were fantastic and sunny!

The mattress needs replacing, one side of the mattress has completely given up

The Vienna Grand Apartment was a great choice for our stay, offering plenty of space for four adults to stay comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans to plates, making it easy to cook if we wanted to. The master bedroom was spacious, and while the smaller room was sufficient, it required us to store our luggage elsewhere due to limited space. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the smart TV, which kept us entertained. Although the apartment is a little far from the 1st district where the main attractions are, the location is still favorable. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the close proximity to the freeway made it very accessible. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The only downside was that the road in front of the apartment was closed due to construction, making it a bit challenging to find. However, no noise from the construction disturbed our stay, so it wasn't a major issue.

A very spacious accommodation with a modern style. Great view of the city from the balcony, and rooftop access. Close to public transportation.

The curtain setup in the TV room / kitchen is not ideal for privacy. Even when fully closed leaves big gaps. The kitchen window has no curtain at all. There are occupied buildings across the street that have clear view inside unless you block these windows. Also a couple kitchen cabinet hinges were broken, and would not close completely

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and well-equipped apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The key collection process was smooth and hassle-free. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also excellent, with the metro station just a short walk away. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Awesome and comfy beds, very cozy slope roof windows, good connection to city center (15 minutes with S-Bahn). The terrace is the absolute winner, nice view of surrounding areas and great spot for late night glass of wine during summer. Great fitout of the appartment, fully equipped kitchen with all utinesils, bath AND shower.

Very small parking, problem for a bigger car but that's not the problem of the hotel/residences but Vienna parking in general. Be prepared to figure out smart parking moves if coming by bigger car. That is probably the only thing in this great apartment hotel.

Excellent location close to shops and all amenities that you would require for your stay Very big Apartment, very clean, and fittings to a high standard. All appliances to cook if you wish.Loved the balcony to relax. I had Apartment 302. I especially liked the location to Train/Underground/Tram/Bus terminal to travel anywhere in a very short time -5 min walk. This can be used to get from the Airport I found out after I had paid 60 Euro for a taxi lol 😆 Would highly recommend, I was a little sceptical about picking the key up with a code after travelling so far, but was perfect, and no issues at all.. Bravo

The apartament was really great, nice, clean, with wifi, near to the metro station. Communication with the staff 10/10. Parking place available. Possibility to sit, relax and drink wine on the gorgeus balcony after a hard day of sightseeing - 10/10. I also recommend Gasthaus Schwaigerwirt, it is a terrific reastaurant nearby. Put it in one sentence: if I visit Vienna once again - I will be back here. Greetings

Very comfortable, clean and fully equipped appartment located in a new building, close to metro and train station, near by a big grocery store, a coffee shop and small restauarants.

Not as close as I imagined to the down town, but not a big deal

Very spacious and clean appartement, in a great location: shops and restaurants, open market, public transport and freeway; close green spaces. Very friendly and kind interaction with very helpful staff!
