The hotel is amazing, the room is so clean, the facilities in our studio room were amazing. Everything was new and so clean. The hotel is located 2 minutes from shopping center, 1 minute from big spar supermarket, and 1 minute from public transportation. The free WiFi is very stable and fast. What else do you need on vacation? Free coffee/Tea/Water machine in the lobby 24 hours, very helpful front desk staff – always smiling and really nice. Use this Tip: To get to the Hotel Follow my Instructions: 1. Get off at subway station Kagran U1. 2. use the elevator to go down from station 3. look Forward and a little bit left – look for building with the name BASSENA. 4. after this building you will see 2 Escalators 5. simply go up the Escalator – the hotel is at the end of the escalator

The Elevators are busy sometimes - not big deal

Location is incredible, big Spar is beneath the building, huge Westfield mall 1min from Citadines, and the metro station is across the street. The building is new, everything seems so luxurious. I was afraid that I will be cold but every room has air condition that you can adjust. Room is perfect, clean, warm. We didn't have the kitchen since we were staying only 4 nights. I guess for staying longer you get it. There is a fridge, a tea pot. You can always take the tea, or coffee on the reception, it's free. Which is incredible because in a lot of places in Vienna it isn't. Stuff is so friendly, they gave us everything we asked for. We were just so satisfied with everything. This is my no.1 adress for Vienna.

Everything was beyond perfect!

We came here to have our dog treated at the Veterinary University of Vienna which is a 19 minute walk from the hotel. Since they accept pets with the booking, this was a perfect choice for us. The location, however, is very good for anyone looking to tour Vienna - immediately across the street is the Kagran Metro line and a number of bus and tram connections. Since the hotel is outside of the center, the price is cheaper than you'll find downtown. The metro is a 9 minute ride to the center. In this area, there are not too many tourist sites to visit - mainly the Schonbrunn Castle and Gardens which are very nice. If you are looking for something non-touristy, there is a lovely walk along the banks of the Alte Danube. There is a long stretch of walkway along the banks with a few cafes and parks along the way to stop and enjoy the river with all of the small boats and paddle boats. We started our stay in a standard size room, but after choosing to stay for an additional 2 weeks, we upgraded to the Studio - it provides more room, a bigger refrigerator and a kitchenette. The space is enough for my wife, dog and I without tripping over each other. The bathroom is also a good size - and it is the same in the standard as well. The hotel has a nice bar/lounge on the rooftop with nice views of the city. During the UEFA tournament, they have been playing the games on a big screen at the inside bar. We chose to drive to Vienna - mainly for the health of our dog - and paid for a parking spot in the hotel. There are plenty. If paying per night (we originally booked for 6 nights) the parking is expensive - 30 Euros per night. However, after we booked the additional two weeks at the hotel, we paid 17 Euros/night on a weekly rate. Still a bit expensive, but very convenient and almost half the price of the daily rate.

We have enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer - from the excellent and caring staff to the bar/lounge on the rooftop. We only had the breakfast buffet our first day - it is a nice buffet - but standard hotel fare.

It was a very nice hotel with new and modern interiors. we booked One-Bedroom Apartment which was very spacious, clean, and convenient. The price was reasonable. The hotel is not located in the city center but it's very close to the subway station so you won't have any problem for transport. The breakfast was not the best and can improve considering the price (But it was still fine and reasonable).

The only drawback was the daily cleaning! Surprisingly it was not included in the booking and it was only available for an extra charge. Even the trash bins were not emptied and towels were not replaced daily. So I had to go all the way down to the reception if I needed to renew the toilet paper or towels (they didn't even bring it to the room on request). So, it is something you may consider especially if you want to stay there for an extended period.

Great location, with SPAR shop òn ground floor next door (closed like all shops on Sunday). Major shopping center and bus, tram and metro across the road. Newly built the room have everything you need. Including kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Complementary tea and coffee at the 24 hour reception. The hotel is located on the first floor via an escalator- helpful to know when you arrive. It's Very easy to hop on the U1 and get to any part of the city.i found Vienna, a safe place to travel Solo, safe, clean, easy to get from A to B and much more. People are friendly and eager to help, food is delicious - prices vary as they do in all Cities.

The signage for the hotel could be better, as a solo traveller I arrived during the day and didn't mind walking around a bit to find the enterenve via the escalator. I hope signs is included as part of this new development and put in place for fellow travellers.

24 hours free coffee/tea/water at the lobby. All the furniture is brand new. I think the hotel is new. Good size of the bedroom & bathroom. There is lots of restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance of the hotel. Supermarket is just on the ground floor.

There is no entrance from the street, the entrance of the hotel is located on the 1st floor and inner side of the building. It was a bit difficult & confusing. If you are arriving from the street, you will not see the hotel entrance and you will have to drag your suitcases a bit far.

Quiet room with comfortable bed. Very clean and modern well-lit room and bathroom. Fast lifts. Excellent breakfasts. Very helpful and friendly English-speaking staff. Westfield shopping mall nearby. Ubahn, tram, bus, services across the road.

Difficulty in first locating the hotel entrance. Cleanliness in surrounding areas was poor. Room facilities not quite as we expected.

Very comfortable and clean room. The hotel has excellent location close to metro, tram and bus stations. Still the noise was well dammed. Nearby there is a huge shopping mall with many restaurants.

There was some smell in the corridor, probably the carpet was cleaned improperly.

We visit Vienna for a week every year. I chose the Citadines Hotel after staying for a week last December at the excellent Citadines Metro Dubai. I would conclude that this hotel scores 9.75. The hotel location is excellent with metro, tram, and bus transportation at the hotel's doorstep. Opposite the hotel is a large Westfield shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants. The metro ride to the center of Vienna, Stephansplatz, takes 15 minutes. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful with any questions. The room is large, comfortable, and clean, and includes all the equipment. I will definitely return to this hotel on my future visit to Vienna. Unfortunately, there is no room available at the hotel for a week . in May 2026, so I had to book a week at another hotel in Vienna. A. SCHWEIZER

Everything is perfect.

I didn't take breakfast but the location was very convenient for me close to VIC. Staff were amazing. Room was spacious. I felt very safe cause of the controlled access.

The room was too warm I couldn't switch on the AC I thin it is centrally controlled. Wifi was very poor in the room. There were hair particles on the bed and bathroom floor.
