The Location was excellent, close to the U Bahn and to a mall and a supermarket but still very quiet. The view is unbeatable, you have the most incredible view over the Donau and magical sunsets, incredible!! Our host Anton was the best, he was such a kind and fun guy, we had the best time chatting with him, talking about the city and discovering all the amazing spots he recommended. 1000/10! THE BEST! Very clean, quiet, and equipped! The apartment was bigger than expected, there was parking and bikes available for everyone and our host was available at any time! I think it's a great place to stay for any kind of travel, It doesn't matter if it's a family trip or a group of friends looking for adventures, everyone we talked to had a blast. Thank you Anton, you are the best!

Perfection. Everything with the property was pure perfection. It had such finer details to it. It was one of the best places I have stayed. It is a 10 min walk to the train station and the Billa grocery store is behind it which is lovely to cook self.

Next time I will book on first floor for a better view. A microwave would have been nice. I struggled with the tv.

The apartment was small but clean and had all of the basics necessary for a two-week stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I really liked being able to enter the apartment complex building and apartment with a code rather than with a key. A Billa grocery store is about a 5-minute walk away, and the U1 subway entrance is a 10-minute walk away across the Alte Donau lake. Communication with the managers was also good.

The apartment was just across the street from the Alta Donau lake, but it was on the ground floor and had no view of anything at all! (Just a wall and another building--it was even hard to tell what the weather was like each day!)

Everything, literally everything. The location is outstanding with incredible views of the river, which looks more like a lake, and the silhouette of the city directly in front of the hotel. Fantastic. The hotel itself is new, clean, tasteful, decorated with flare and with attention to detail. It was the absolute perfect in the city. The apartment feels like home, is fully equipped, they simply know what they’re doing! Can’t recommend this highly enough, although I don’t want anybody going there because once it’s discovered, you’ll never be able to get a reservation.

I can truthfully say that there was nothing wrong with this entire state. It was simply: perfect.

My stay at this apartment was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything necessary for convenience: towels, dishes, a washing machine, balcony furniture, and even umbrellas for guests. It's clear that every detail has been thought through meticulously in this accommodation. The owner was also very responsive, answering all my requests quickly. Additionally, the underground parking with electric vehicle charging was a big plus. Getting to the city center was convenient with the metro, just an 8-minute ride away. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and spotless place to stay in Vienna. The apartment is in the modern and newly built building with its own parking. There is enough space in the parking. There is an elevator directly to the apartments. this is very comfortable. The location is quite good enough as well. The apartment is dog friendly and we really appreciate that. Mini compliments are very lovely and we were happy about that. Contactless check in and check out is a good option. Internet was great. Heating worked and the apartment was cozy. Metro is 10-15 minutes walk distance. Apartment has modern and good furniture. It looks very fresh and clean. Everything to stay with the comfort was present. We were happy to stay and may recommend this apartment. It is value for the price.

The lake views here are stunning! We fell in love with this cozy spot - waking up to see the water and stream outside our balcony was pretty special. The owner clearly put thought into every detail - nice furniture, super comfortable, had all we needed for our stay. It's very Clean. And the owner went above and beyond to help out. The place was so perfect we actually came back for our final vacation day after spending time in the mountains. You won't have trouble finding it, and parking's sorted - either grab a spot in the underground garage (15 euros/night, just let the owner know) or park on the street with a parking card.

Had a lovely time in Vienna. The apartment is perfectly located - between two metro stations. It’s situated by a beautiful bridge, where you can take evening walks. Close to a shopping center and a restaurant district. There’s a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, decorated stylishly. The sleeping area is cozy, and the pull-out sofa had an extra mattress that made it feel like a real bed. In front of the building, there’s a vending machine with coffee capsules, snacks, drinks for everyone, and something for adults as well. Excellent communication with the owner. Rating 11/10!!!
