The apartment was clean and fitted with all the necessary mod-cons - the washing machine in paritcular was very useful. Powerful shower. Building was quiet, no noise from neighbours. Easy access - full instructions were given on how to enter. Good location - near enough to centre to be convenient, but away from major roads. Good price, too. Messe-Prater U-Bahn only a few minutes walk away, so you can be in centre of the city in 15-20 mins, or take a walk through the Prater and along the canal and be at the Ring in 45 mins. Spar and Lidl supermarkets literally across the road from the building, very convenient.

Just minor quibbles - the apartment could get a little stuffy, but the owners provided a powerful plug-in fan which was much appreciated. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways of the building, which was noticeable inside the apartment anytime I was near the front door. When using the shower, water would quickly spread across the floor of the bathroom, though there was a mop provided which dealt with the problem very effectively..

Nice neighborhood quite and clean, 15 mins to subway. a lot of grocery stores. Apartment was clean.

No lights in the hallway - going up 7 floors with heavy bag is hard enough with the lights on but without you have hope that there is some light coming from neighbors and use the flash on your phone. Weird smell in the toilet, and stained toilet. Some drawers and cabinets seen better times. NO kettle.

Excellent value for money. No elevator, but the floors are not on top of the others. Rather, the pavement of each floor is sort of halfway up the height of the previous floor. Hence the name "etage" (which I think is the proper word for "floor" in French but has a different meaning here) I stayed at "etage" 7 but it felt more like the 4th floor. The "rooms" are more like apartments. Bathroom, toilet, big bedroom, small hallway doubling as a kitchen. Two beds next to each other and even a couch with a nice table in front of it. The building is within walking distance of a mall, a supermarket, a fast food joint and a subway stop.

No complaints. I slept well. I could barely hear people talking in other rooms, or in the hallway. The windows didn't seem to crack due to my snoring.

Lots of space, includes and iron, sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, 2 supermarkets just outside the door. Nice and warm and well equipped. Close to Messe-Prater station on the U2 line. You can take the S7 train from the airport then underground to here for 4 euros, much cheaper than the airport train. The light of creation show at votivkirsche is really good, and highly recommended.

Perfect location of the apartment near the Messe Exhibition Center, the Economic university of Vienna and the Prater. There are also Lidl, Billa, Eurospar and etc. There is an urban station with easy access to Vienna International airport. The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, an electric stove, a washing machine, a TV and a wifi access. There is a separate WC and bathroom. There is a large king-sized comfortable bed and a big sofa. The apartment is at the inner side of the building and it is very quiet. The living room is large enough so you can truly rest. I fully recommend the apartment.

There is no elevator in the building, but the apartment is actually on the 4th floor, so it is not a problem, except in case you bring heavy baggage.

The apartment itself was lovely. Really clear communication re how to check-in etc. Good space for 1 person, 2 would prob be OK if a couple, but otherwise wouldn't work. Very close to conf ctr/ metro. some lovely restaurants nearby. Supermarket right across the street. Has a washing machine, but no dryer, tho there was a clothes airer to hang my stuff on and it dried super quickly. Fan in the rooms was a nice feature during Vienna heat wave!

Public space is very tired. A bit of paint and repairs to the tile floors would go a long way. THERE IS NO LIFT and the appartments are on 3rd - 9th floor. Organisers were happy to accomodate my request to be on a lower floor. But if lack of a lift is an issue for u, then this is not the place for u.

The apartment is highly recommended. Location, cleanliness, iron, microwave, hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee and tea apparatus, washing machine and dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, comfortable bed, everything you need for a longer stay. The only problem may be that it is difficult for people with mobility issues as there is no lift, but the stairs are very low and not strenuous. There is a large Spar store across the street. Bus and metro station very close by.

The studio was very clean , beds really comfortable. Great to have a sitting area and table and chairs. A good shower, well equipped kitchen Spar over the road , great restaurants nearby and easy walk for Hop on/off bus

Disappointed that hearing didn’t work, we did highlight this but wasn’t fixed until night before we left Could do with better bath towels & pillows No teaspoons in kitchen No seal around bottom of shower doors so water comes right under into the bathroom No lift , so pretty difficult carrying cases up to 6th floor

Each time I am travelling to Vienna i am choosing AJO Rooms, my 3rd time so far, it's super easy to access the room ,both rooms have everything you need, also very clean and the location is great, very close to Metro,both lines and a nice 10 min walk to Prater park, I highly recommend the apt,

The building has indeed no elevator and it could be tought sometimes with trolleys ,bags or after a full day of walking, but take breaks before the floors and relax after in the room

Accessing the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process went smoothly. The kitchenette is stocked with essential utensils for cooking, and there's also a dishwasher available. The presence of a fully functional laundry machine was a great convenience. The room was generously spacious and devoid of unnecessary clutter. The host was amiable and readily addressed any inquiries. Additionally, the location is ideal, with both Spar and Lidl conveniently located nearby. The bed was amazing, and I haven't slept this well for quite some time.

Every kitchen utensil I used to cook with was very dirty and unwashed. Some parts of the bathroom, such as the shower head holder and the PAX ventilation fan, are hanging by a thread but still functional. It can get quite noisy from the hallway during the morning and daytime, but in the evening, it's very quiet.
