Bedding truly uncomfortable, excessively following dynamic pricing, more profit than customer oriented, no service provided during the stay not even removing trash

The rooms are fairly large and comfortable and clean. The location is great, so close to the metro. The upstairs space and gym are great. We used the washing machines and they were very reasonably priced.

The reception being on the 7th floor is quite impractical - if you need anything you have to go up and then back down, often past your room. The rooms are cool and a bit novel, but what this means is there is no where really to open your suitcase, I can see this works if you’re staying longer term and unpacking but for a short trip this was very impractical. The hotel has bikes to hire but €19 a day with no shorter option (e.g. half day) is very expensive

We don't usually unpack on trips and just live off of the suitcase. Not in Zoku! The place feels so homelike, clean, warm and welcoming that we immediately relaxed. You can cook yourself if you want, or there is a lovely kitchen upstairs. The terrace place is just wonderful. You can spend a full day without getting bored, meet new people, enjoy the scenery and simply charge your batteries. Every little detail is maticulously thought of and every little one adds to the vibe. Location was great near Prater. 5 minute walk to U2. You can also hire bikes provided by the hotel. Noise from the park was not an issue for us we didn't hear it as much when we sleep but if you are sensitive maybe request you room from the further side. All in all wonderful experience. Hopefully we will be back sometime in the future. We are inspired from the decoration and will use some ideas in our spaces!

The location was amazing. A literal 5min walk away from their train station. And the train line is direct to many of the attractions in vienna. The place itself was spacious, comfortable and overall very homey. I really can't sing enough praises of this place. It was funny hving a roller coaster near our window and seeing shadows of the roller coaster go past every night. With that being said, it wasn't noisy whatsoever. The rooftop shared area was extremely enjoyable and nicely decorated. The room was equipped with everything one could possibly need and I found myself lacking nothing. I would defo rebook this place when I'm back in Vienna.

I do have to point out, the air conditioning had issues from the 2nd day of our stay onwards. So for 2 days, our room's temp ranged between 24°C to 24.7°C. They had no avail rooms to switch us to, so the best they could do for us was give us mini fans. A little disappointing to say the least.

The room was comfy, very clean, location was perfect and the view on the 7th floor is spectacular.

The room description says it has a separate AC. This is not true. They had a hot/cool thermocouple that can only regulate plus or minus 3 degrees of the outside temperature. Luckily, the weather was nice. Although I was later provided with a fan, and I left the balcony door open for most of the time. That wasn't very pleasant because at times the noise from outside was just too much. A little bit of sincerity and accurate description would be nice.

The apartment is well organised and comfortable. The bed can be reached via a staircase and is located in an alcove above the apartment level. It is a little inconvenient to get in and out of bed for the person not sleeping next to the stairs. The bed is comfortable, a little too soft for my taste (but I may not be objective as I sleep on a fairly hard mattress at home). The apartment is well equipped and if you need anything, there is a pantry on the floor which is opened 24/7. Check-in is easy and efficient (on the 7th floor). The car park is right next to the apartment building. The Prater is just a few steps away, which you can hear when you open the window :) The U2 underground station Prater Messe is just around the corner, while the underground station Praterstern (U1 and U2) is only about 6 minutes walk away. A well-stocked Billa supermarket is only 5 minutes away. You can have your meals at ZOKU on the top floor or opt for a meal in the Prater, where you will find all kinds of bars and restaurants at reasonable prices.

The temperature in the apartment can not really be regulated, although the air conditioning claims it can be adjusted by +- 3 degrees. Even if you switch off the fan, it still works. You can always open the window if it's too hot, but then you have to put up with the noise (usually screaming :) of the Prater during its opening hours. The crockery in the cupboard was not clean. But there is a dishwasher, so the problem was easy to solve.

Zoku Vienna offers a unique and modern concept that we really liked. Staying there is an absolute mood booster! The loft-style rooms are cleverly designed, making them both comfortable and functional. The hotel's shared spaces, like the bar and lounge, are ideal for relaxing or working in a casual atmosphere. Rooftop bar offers nice views over Prater. Extra bonus -> a locker room with showers and toilets! The location of a hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to key parts of the city via public transportation (metro within a walking distance).

Hotel doesn’t offer daily cleaning services. They only clean the rooms every three days. And they also do not clean common spaces that well (there was a big sticky stain at the entrance to our floor staying w/o anyone attending to it for 2+ days). Rooftop staff is super slow! Contrary to the rest of the room, bathroom is not user friendly at all (i.e., there are no shelves or hangers to place personal belongings & water drainage in the shower not working well). Additionally, AC is rather strange, no much control over it. And no coffee refill in the room. Lastly, parking is a rip-off, even with the hotel's preferential price (which U have to organize at the reception / which doesn't exist).

Spacious, clean, comfortable room. The staff was very nice. The place has a view of the Prater still the noise insulation is great, we are light sleepers and we could sleep great. I see many ppl complain of the cold, we went in April and the temperature in the room was around a comfortable ~22C.

Nothing bad, but if I would need to write some issues they would be: - In our room you couldn't watch the TV from the bed and the sofa that is set up in front of the TV is like torture. The whole room is nice and comfortable but that couch is a killer... - The simple android cast of the TV was finnicky, I had to log in to netflix on the TV to watch content. - The water pressure wasn't the best but not an issue

Staying at Zoku is always a fantastic experience. Having been to the one in Amsterdam before, the one in Vienna felt strangely familiar and yet distinctly its own vibe. The staff was lovely, we receive a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The Brunch on the weekend was very tasty (Their bread and Avo on toast is delicious). The access to the Gym and cosy co-working upstairs all contributes to the experience. It's well connected to the city center with the Metro and next to the Prater which is nice for a stroll in the evening. Thank you Zoku team for the great time.

The breakfast on regular weekdays could really benefit from having 2 or 3 of the best items available. At the moment the buffet is not including several of the best breakfast items nor good coffee from the bar.. (only from the automated machine). Knowing how great the Bunch on the weekend is, it was a bit of a let down. We don't need much food, only a few great items. As my 2 cents for the Zoku team. I would focus on giving a great breakfast and good coffee to each guest.

The concept of well put together functional and pristine lofts with all mod cons at your disposal if you need them, just fab, it really works! The reception/restaurant/relaxation area on the top floor, overlooking Prater where everyone is very welcoming and accommodating was a lovely experience all on its own. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with the U2 metro station less than 5 minutes away, very easy access to anywhere in Vienna and beyond you wish to go. We would definitely stay in Zoku again and we wholeheartedly recommend it!
