Nice quiet air conditioning in the room, the lights were on dimmers so you could control the light level and the tv could cast videos from my phone for when I was just sitting around. Very good water pressure in the showers and decent temperature control. There were some books that came with the room which was a nice touch, mine had Around the world in 80 days.

There were silverfish around the bathroom the first few nights, they did stop showing up after squishing some of them though. Also my room was very close to one of the rollercoasters from Prater, so it was loud during the day even with the windows shut.

Fresh, dynamic

Bedding truly uncomfortable, excessively following dynamic pricing, more profit than customer oriented, no service provided during the stay not even removing trash

So many cute ideas straight out of design-school and very well executed. Super cute comfy rooms with so many details. Great little kitchen, including a full mini-fridge, knives, cutting boards, and an induction cookstove. Location is great if you don't mind being next to an amusement park, which personally I found fun. There's a giant beautiful (green!) park steps away, and the inner island is close by for a swim in the river. Beautiful & high quality restaurant up top with a fun terrace. It's nice that the locker room for luggage storage has a shower.

The restaurant space on the top is kind of confusing because it's unclear if it's a lobby (where you could seat yourself) or more a cafe, where tables are reserved for service.

Zoku Vienna is an amazing hotel to stay, very close to Praterstern. Their staff is the kindest and the most helpful since they answered all our questions with a smile. The breakfast is delicious and worth its money, which is served on the 7th floor, where you can eat along with your pet, since it is a pet friendly hotel. The 7th floor is actually great, with a positive vibe and pleasant view. Our hotel room is really functional and has everything you need, including scissors, hairdryer etc. It is overall clean, tidied and has an amazing view with the lights of Praterstern. The hotel is also very close to the U (underground train). It is a great option for all, including families and youth.

We don't usually unpack on trips and just live off of the suitcase. Not in Zoku! The place feels so homelike, clean, warm and welcoming that we immediately relaxed. You can cook yourself if you want, or there is a lovely kitchen upstairs. The terrace place is just wonderful. You can spend a full day without getting bored, meet new people, enjoy the scenery and simply charge your batteries. Every little detail is maticulously thought of and every little one adds to the vibe. Location was great near Prater. 5 minute walk to U2. You can also hire bikes provided by the hotel. Noise from the park was not an issue for us we didn't hear it as much when we sleep but if you are sensitive maybe request you room from the further side. All in all wonderful experience. Hopefully we will be back sometime in the future. We are inspired from the decoration and will use some ideas in our spaces!

The rooms are fairly large and comfortable and clean. The location is great, so close to the metro. The upstairs space and gym are great. We used the washing machines and they were very reasonably priced.

The reception being on the 7th floor is quite impractical - if you need anything you have to go up and then back down, often past your room. The rooms are cool and a bit novel, but what this means is there is no where really to open your suitcase, I can see this works if you’re staying longer term and unpacking but for a short trip this was very impractical. The hotel has bikes to hire but €19 a day with no shorter option (e.g. half day) is very expensive

The hotel is beautiful, they have thought about even the small details, especially for someone who likes to travel but also feel a bit at home with a kitchen and a cosy vibe. Very clean, very comfortable bed, and probably one of the best hotel/apartments I have stayed in. Also the breakfast was very good, I would have loved a porridge option in the menu.

Some of the staff were lovely, but I didn't have a good check out and I did find some of the staff to be a bit cold and unfriendly. I think customer care and a bit more warmth are one of the most important things during a stay in a hotel, so probably this would be the only thing I would improve. (The checkout experience is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again)

The hotel is literally located on the Prater amusement park. A must-visit for anyone who wants to feel a lively and vibrant atmosphere and enjoy the proximity, so you can easily spend as much time as you want on the park's attractions. Bonus – when you go up to the 7th floor to eat or have a drink, you can see all the rides, and especially at night, it’s a spectacular view of lights, music, and fun. The rooms are exactly like on the website and perfectly equipped. We even cooked easily. Simply, everything you need is there – from dishwasher capsules to scissors and drawing paper for the kids. There is a shared pantry on the floor with free access to dishes or towels. The luggage storage room is very convenient; we used it for lots of equipment in lockers until our flight, did a few more rounds in the Prater, and showered in this room just before heading to the airport. Clean towels are also available. The room itself is just awesome – whether with a balcony or a slightly bigger space, and the cool sports hoops the kids loved so much. The shower is excellent, lots of clever storage spaces, and the fun stairs to the bed were a hit. The staff is very kind, and the lobby is unique and interesting. There’s air conditioning. There’s a train station to the city center within a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel – not bad at all. We loved it.

It was very modern, not very big, but had literally everything. The whole place is very conceptual, there are a lot of hidden gems, everything on the building is very thoughtful and witty. It was beautiful, the staff was friendly. Loved the self check in option, the terrace and upper floor seemed cosy. It seems like a perfect place for solo travelers because Zoku has a whole community, but also this was the perfect place for our friend vacation.

The location is quite far from city centre, but if you love walking A LOT or have metro ticket pass for your stay, that shouldn’t be a problem.

It was amazing! I loved our room every little detail is so so cute and thought trough. Very mindful, very demure. There was a swinging chair in the balcony. Our room windows were to other side than amusement park so we had quiet sleep. Also there is amazing terase on the rooftop where you can have breakfast, hang out at night and see beautiful panorama. Very unique place, definetly would come back. There was also free gym, not big but extremely cosy one. And also. Amazing shower! It had 5 different modes one of them massage mode, I loved it.

Breakfast buffet was small, not many choises, no desserts (only 2 types of buns). Kind of okay because we would have spent same amount of money to eat elsewhere but I would have prefered to pay more than 21 eur and have bigger buffet.
