I stayed at Ibis Wien Messe in mid-July and, as always, was very satisfied with my stay! My room was on the 6th floor. The hotel was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing rest. The location is excellent it is easy and quick to get to the center of Vienna, with metro and public transport stops nearby. The main historical sights are just a few minutes away by public transport. I would especially like to mention the staff the hotel employees are very friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. Breakfasts are delicious, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is cozy and comfortable. Everything you need for a good stay is here. I will be happy to come back again and always recommend Ibis Wien Messe to anyone looking for a convenient place in a central area of Vienna!

Unfortunately there was a hair on the sausage and a fly on the salami Not enough coathangers and initially I was not provided with additional so I bought them myself. Although another member of the staff was happy to provide more upon my return. I hope I find the ones I bought in the room next year when I revisit. Would like a greater variety i.e. in eggs and fruit. Also, I had an a issue with my room access card on the first day and it took a while to get fixed. The staff was extra friendly to rectify this not as quick though.

The room was clean and cozy. Despite its compact size, everything was arranged to provide maximum comfort. It included all the essentials: a comfortable bed, a workspace, and excellent lighting. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — even in the bustling city center, the room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's location deserves special praise. It is conveniently close to Vienna's main attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Nearby, there are also cafes, shops, and charming restaurants. Breakfast at Ibis was delightful, with fresh pastries and fruits that were both delicious and of high quality. In conclusion, I can confidently say that Ibis in Vienna is an excellent choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I am grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism and attentive care. The hotel left only the best impressions, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Vienna. I wish the Ibis hotel team continued success!

Breakfast was lovely and gave us a lovely start to our days, especially liked the waffle making machine. The location was excellent, easy walk of the underground stations. It was great also to have housekeeping check our room each day so we always had our towels changed and anything else that was needed. Staff were friendly & helpful.

It might have been nice to be able to make a tea/coffee in our room that is more of a suggestion but understand the logistic it would take to make this work.

A highlight of my trip was the very welcome air conditioning throughout the hotel and also the tap water was safe to drink which was excellent when filling up water daily. Lift access to all areas which was very appreciated after lots of walking. Staff at breakfast always greeted a guest with a smile but also were helpful and friendly. On my last day, I enjoyed the customer service of the woman on reception as she was very helpful assisting me to store my luggage.

The bedroom bathroom needs a bit of love as the wall corners show lots of scuff marks. A noticeable amount of fruit flies at breakfast which can be easily avoided with coverings for yogurts and marmalades.

Excelent and polite staff, clean and spacious room. The room had a good quality AC and space for storage everywhere, large surface in the bathroom too. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great and you could make yourself fresh waffels! I think this can be a comfortable place for staying a week.

Everything matched the description. I did not expect more. The windows are facing to other buildings and if you prefer privacy you should use curtains, but unfortunately there are only darkening curtains. Just noting, not criticising; but if someone plan to stay longer or doing a personal trip, I would like to highlight that the room does not have a water heater or a fridge. I think these would significantly increase the comfort level on this price.

It was clean, great value for money. Staff was nice. Close to what we wanted to see. Parking is tricky and doesn't work well but it's not their fault it's run by another company. A thousand thanks to Mercedes for her kindness for several days. Keep it for a long time because of such a workforce you have good memories of a hotel. The cleaners took away a huge amount of our change bottles.

complete lack of sockets is a huge discomfort, none next to the beds, just one by the window; the ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy throughout the whole day and it's not possible to turn it off

Basic but good Ibis in a convenient location, easy transport to anywhere. Very good parking. The rooms are basic, but okay for this price. A 0-24 vending machine could be useful.

Everything was as expected. The breakfast is difficult, one morning they let you just to eat and add to the room, on the other day they don't let you to access the breakfast even if you want to pay on the spot. Up to the guy in the area.
