Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very easy to get the U-Bahn into city centre when needed, and very easy to get to airport when I was returning home. Staff at the reception were very helpful, I had forgotten my phone charger at my previous hotel, and the staff at reception kindly lent one to me and brought to my room. The room itself was exceptional for the price and the bed was super comfortable. Was a very nice restful stay at the end of my travels!

Seems more for business travelers so don't expect many amenities. Breakfast price also seemed quite high, so I chose not to add this to my booking.

The room was lovely with the nicest bath tub I'd seen in years. It was quiet, and the heat/aircon worked well.

The beautiful young people at check-in didn't seem to notice that I was old and exhausted and suffering from advanced parkinson's disease, even when they informed me that the elevator was out of service, and that I would have to carry my bags up the stairs.

The room was great. The location super--it's near the Prater and I made a work trip that was located at the Austria Conference center so it was very close. The breakfast was wonderful, great coffee. All facilities in the room were so great--the TV, the coffee and tea kettle. They even provide a bottle of water complementary and refill it everyday after room service. The bathroom is also nice and spacious. I would recommend this hotel!

We had a lovely stay at the Voco Vienna Prater Hotel. The staff are wonderful , so friendly and helpful-from housekeeping, reception staff (who responded promptly to any queries we had before we arrived ) to the staff serving breakfast- especially Annett B, who was just exceptional!!!! Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of foods to suit all tastes.The room was large, very comfortable and spotless with tea/ coffee facilities- I understand that there are plans to put small fridges in all the rooms in the future which would be be very welcome. The bathroom was well stocked with enough toiletries for our stay. The location was excellent- 5 minutes walk from the metro - U1 line - bus stop a few meters from the entrance to the hotel. A very good supermarket across the street and some nice pizza places in the vicinity . Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return sometime in the future.

From the moment I walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were immediately evident. The hotel boasts an international flair, especially noticeable at the reception and in the restaurant, where the staff effortlessly switches between German, Italian, French, English, Serbian... This cosmopolitan atmosphere added a unique charm to the hotel, making every interaction exciting and engaging. As for the accommodations, the hotel excels in providing a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment. My room was a haven of relaxation after a day of activities, and the meticulous attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel did not go unnoticed.

We traveled together with a friend for “Ladies weekend out” We loved the design of the rooms, we had 2 separate beds so I feared it will be small room, but rooms are cery spacious and single beds were properly separated. Staff is really friendly. Zohra at the reception was very professional. Thank you for being also so kind! Breakfast was good, also you can find a some options nearby. Even though hotel is not in the key location, it is very convenient, with metro 5 min walk.

Staff were very nice and welcoming, and helped us book a taxi for the airport upon departure, and made sure with their shuttle service that it was possible for us to pay with card. Everything went smoothly and there was always a staff-member available if we had any questions or requests. They also let us check in almost 2 hours earlier than our scheduled check-in time, which was very kind of them. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, with a good selection, and with one omelet or pancakes per person included each day. The omelet in particular was very good :) The beds were also extremely comfortable, we slept very well, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel was located about 45 minutes to 1 hours walking distance from the inner city, but the U1 metro-line was very close by, and let you travel to the city in 10-20 minutes.

My fiancé sadly had an allergic reaction to the shaving cream in the shaving-kit that we were given by the hotel upon request. We luckily washed it off quickly and it went away on its own after some time, but we informed the staff about the situation and they were very apologetic and said they would look into it further. The shaving cream was a part of their standardly issued hotel kit.

I stayed at the hotel for almost a week with my girlfriend during december and it was a wonderful experience: -the staff was very professional and super kind -the room was perfect: beautiful, clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need -bed was very comfortable -bathroom super clean and well organized -service was perfect: both room service, which was every day, and every other service that the structure offers (reception, restaurant, bar, ecc) -breakfast was delicious, with fresh food cooked and refilled continuously -the common areas were also very nice, clean and well designed -position is very good, because it is very near to the metro and other public transport -overall great price/quality ratio

Everything was great! Very spacious and clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and amazing continental breakfast buffet. On top of that, the room was very quiet and had a well-working AC even though, when we were there, the temperature outside hit 34 degrees. It's one of the best hotels we have ever been in, and we highly recommend it!

It had two elevators, but most of the time, only one was working, and on our final day, none were. Hope they fix them soon.

Great room and breakfast. There's not much around the hotel, but the metro is pretty close.

I was caught by surprise by the hotel restaurant/ bar being closed for 3 consecutive nights. I got really sick and counted on it to be able to eat, but it just didn't open, and there's not much activity around the hotel. Also, one night I arrived at the hotel really late and had to wait for over 10 minutes in the cold, dark, empty street for the employee to finally open the door for me, but the reception is supposed to be open 24/7.
