Room was clean and free from any odor. I traveled with another person - we had the XL rooms, but each one was different. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived 1.5 hours before check in and we waited in the lounge/first floor area - very comfortable place. Promptly at 3:00pm we were able to print our access cards and go to our rooms. I am a bit picky with respect to cleanliness, so I washed all the dishes, and wiped down all places with sanitizing wipes. This was not necessary as all things appeared clean, but I wanted to make sure and did it myself! I read other reviews on Booking.com and brought a few items along with me to provide comfort. These items were purchased from Dollar Tree so I was okay to leave these items there and had extra room in my suitcase for purchases and souvenirs. What did I bring? 1) Kitchen towel/washcloth; 2) Shopping bag; 3) Shower shelf with suction cups (loved this); 4) Pillow case. I didn't cook a lot in the room, but I did have breakfast so I utilized the glasses, bowls, plates, and silverware. There is a small Billa grocery store right on the corner almost next to the building - this was great for morning bread, treats, croissants, etc. Every weekday morning there was a line outside waiting for the store to open, people purchased breakfast items and lunch items (a small deli type counter was in the middle of the store). About two blocks farther down the street to the right of the small Billa there is a Hofer (USA - Aldi) store. Also across the street from this store was a bank where I felt comfortable using their ATM for cash. Leaving the apartments and going left about 3 blocks is another Billa store, but this was Billa Plus, a much larger store with greater variety. MISCELLANEOUS: 1) No problem with check in. 2) Laundry was simple to use, note only one washer may be used at a time. 3) No noise issues or complaints from me!

The protective sheets or material on the beds/duvets did not "breathe" and became very hot during the night. I have had this experience at other hotels, so it must be some type of sanitary thing.

The location is excellent, the room os spacious, clean and well equipped.

The late / auto check-in process. The instructions are sent via email but i there was no key card at the auto check in machine to complete the check-in procedure.

The location is perfect, offering great sound insulation in the room. Nearby, you'll find convenient access to a supermarket, metro station, and bike and kick-sharing services. Checking in and out is straightforward, making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and work. I found it ideal for evening work sessions and basking in the morning sunlight. Plus, the kitchenette comes fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and compact refrigerator. You can reach this spot from Vienna Airport via the S7 and U4 trains, which is a more economical option compared to the CAT train

The curtains appear slightly soiled, and their light color makes the dirt more apparent. Additionally, I noticed small holes in the bedsheet. The pillow feels underfilled, prompting me to fold it in half for better comfort while sleeping. On the ground floor, there's a laundry room with excellent equipment, but to use it, you'll need to download the Miele app and top up your account with 20 euros, even for a single wash and dry cycle

I liked that the room have had everything I needed.. The kitchenette was well equiped, the working space near the window, the shelves and the spacious closets made the room an ideal space for working travels. On the top floor, there was also a terrace from where you can see the city. The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and the personal was friendly. I highly recommend this location. It is near the metro station Heiligenstadt, so you can arrive easily with the line U4. There are also 2 stores, Billa and Hofer, which are useful if you won't spend too much on food.

location, cleaniness

unexpected group of young people traveeling from Spain making noise at 3am for 2 nights. But anyway, that's an accident the hotel cannot be blamed for.

The room had everything essential for a comfortable stay, slightly on a smaller side but still comfortable for two people. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean. But the best thing about the room was the location. Although it's quite a bit away from the city center, it pretty much stands on top of the metro station and has multiple bus and tram stops within 5 minutes of walking. It had multiple supermarkets around it with was also very convenient.

The main problem during the stay was the ventilation. Although there was a sort of an AC where you should be able to control the temperature, not only it didn't work but when turned on it would instead heat up the room. When we talked to the reception person they recommended turning it off completely and ventilation through the window. Mind you, it's near a busy street, so keeping the window open at night was waaaay too noisy, so we had to cool the room as much as possible before going to bed and then shutting the window. Another small inconvenience was the TV, although it was in the room, there was no way to connect it to the internet, so no Netflix or other streaming services, only austrian TV programs.

A very well equipped studio. Weekly housekeeping. Washing machine available at the building. Great atmosphere in the common room/entrance, super comfortable. Reception staff always ready to help when I had some questions.

This is one of the most memorable experiences I've had in a studio with a kitchenette. The location is excellent –close to paths for running along the river, 30 seconds away from the underground gate, at a convenient walking distance from the city centre, with all amenities you might need just around the corner (supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, transportation, bicycles, spaces to relax outdoors). The studio has all you'll need –particularly, the kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, with all the tools you'll need to make yourself a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bedroom and sitting area are very spacious and modern, well-lit and insulated from noise. I have no doubt Smartments Heilgendstatdt will be my choice if I travel to Vienna again.

Unit was very clean. had great cabinet, drawer, and closet space which was great for our 8 day stay. The kitchenette was great--dishwasher, sink, plates, utensils, espresso pod machine, etc. Bathroom was very clean and water pressure is amazing. Check-in process was smooth. Great lobby area with couches, tables, and natural light. The cleaning closet on each floor helped a lot to get an extra towel, cleaning supplies, and iron. The location was REALLY helpful because it is less than a 5 minute walk to the subway. Icing on top was the Der Mann at the subway station with freshly baked bread and pastries.

For folks who have not been at the location before and are getting dropped off by car, it was very confusing as to where we needed to go to enter the building. I would add a note for customers that if they arrive by car, they will probably get dropped off at the back of the building. They must walk down the stairs to the front of the building to enter the lobby.

Location was in the north of Vienna but the U4 U-bahn station is within 3 miniutes walk. Train ride to city center/Ringstrasse takes abt 15 mins. Billa grocery store in the next building is very convenient. There's a Japapanese restaurant and a poke bowl eatery on the ground floor of the hotel. Chinese noodle shop and two Turkish food stands within 3 minutes walk. Various bus lines between 1-2 mins away. 10 minutes walk to the Donaukanal. 10 minutes walk to Karl-Marx Hof. 20 minute walk to Beethoven House, Beethoven Denkmal and St Patricks Catholic Church. Room is decently sized adn amenities were comprehensive and clean. Took awhile to figure out the coffeemaker doubles as an electric kettle, but it works fine. 6 different wallsockets provides enough power options. Water pressure and water heating was excellent. Cleaning was once a week. Auto check-in over the weekend was fast and easy. Counter staff are very helpful and could answer all my questions.

There are 2 types of laundry machines, locked and unlocked. Unlocked machines are for students, the locked ones are for hotel guests. The laundry machines use an app called Appwash. Not very intuitive to use, but could figure it out eventually. The timing for laundry listed on the machine and the actual time it takes isn't very accurate. No on-site gym, but there's a SpeedFit gym within 10 minutes walk, and a better FitIn fitness center within 20 minutes walk
