Great location with access to public transport very close by (tram and train).. Easy to connect Free Wi-fi with good strength to it. Spacious room with good drink facilities and a nice bathroom. Very cleanly presented. Smooth check-in and check-out.

Room was very warm. Only one small window behind a curtain. This meant the nights were very uncomfortable and we resorted to laying damp towels on the bed to regulate the temperature. Housekeeper walked in on our last day before checkout without knocking while we were changing. Checking info says we can get extra water from the restaurant downstairs for free, when we asked, they said it couldn't be done as the had closed the tills for the night, so they were going to charge us?

A solid hotel, slightly removed from all the hustle and bustle of Vienna, but located in a very nice neighborhood. The rooms are simple but offer enough comfort, especially for the price. There’s a decent pizzeria downstairs, the tram stop is about 50 meters away, and there’s also a local center around 200 meters from the hotel. Another advantage is that street parking is free.

You always have to take into account the balance between price and services, which is also very good. Perhaps the only thing that bothered me a bit was that the house has wooden ceilings, meaning you could hear the guests above very clearly, including their conversations.

Quick check in and check out. Great location that can be easily reached by tram. The room itself was outstanding. Lots of space, big bed, big wardrobe. Bathroom was clean, fresh and smart. The coffee machine was working perfectly with the provided capsules, big selection of tea to make in the room using a handy kettle. Overall a nice, calm and peaceful stay for me and my family members. I can recommend this hotel 100%. Great quality for the price paid. Thank you.

Only downside that I can think of is lack of fridge inside the room, could be a great addition for summer days.

Excellent amenities and restaurant. We dined there twice. The staff was so lovely -- they truly made our trip so special. Special thanks to the manager and the restaurant staff Alex and Thomas. They were so incredibly kind. Alex in particular made our day. :) He was extremely thoughtful with his service and we wish we had time to get to know him more. The manager was so kind and welcoming. I feel bad that we didn't get his name, but he helped us do an early check in and checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our meals and stay. It's people that make your stay at the end of the day, and people here are just top-notch. We'd definitely love to stay here again if we are ever in Vienna.

The single rooms are larger than I expected, well equipped, and very comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy.

I wish the room doors had deadbolts on them. They had button locks on the doorknob, which are technically the same, but I am a bit paranoid so I would have liked to have a way to lock the door that was more visible, if that makes sense, so that I could double check it cannot be opened from the outside. In addition, the holder of the toilet paper was a bit flimsy and would sometimes jump out, so I ended up using a toilet paper roll on its own instead of inserting it in the wall.

The location was very close to the tram. The room was big and clean. It was also well stocked with basic things. It was cheaper than all I could find in Vienna, but I suppose it is just outside Vienna. It was easy to get to from the airport.

There was not really a reception. You picked up the key from the restaurant. The walls are thin, and you could hear everything happening in other rooms close by. The mattress kept moving, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The ceiling light needs to be cleaned periodi ally as there were dead insects in the cover.

The accessibility of the accommodation is very good. There were parking spaces in front of the building, although they were paid, as everywhere in Vienna. The size and equipment of the room were good, there were sheaves and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is tidy. I'll be happy to stay here next time.

There is a restaurant at the bottom of the building. Some of the staff also live in this hotel, they were a bit loud at night, but not too bad.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay for three people. While the hotel did not offer breakfast, guests had access to cafes, shops, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, including a pizzeria on the ground floor, providing a convenient dining option without leaving the hotel. Nearby, guests could easily find amenities such as markets, pharmacies, and other shops for immediate needs. Situated a bit away from the city center, the hotel is a 20-minute journey from downtown and a quick 30-minute ride from the central train station via public transportation.

The location is a bit removed from the city center, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience of the stay. The lack of staff did require a bit more attention to detail during check-in, but it's manageable if you're attentive to the instructions.

Very good room big and with safe and closet and everything you need including coffee machine (that didn’t work well but it’s fine) and some drinks and coffee and tea The cleaning lady come each 3 days which is good and there is a very good view from there and very good location the rich area so it always quiet there Very good price with every cent

The water was not hot enough (Lukewarm water) and the towel was too short

Easy check in, close to tram which went close to the city. Rooms are big and clean. Good price.

We were in a room right next to the staircase and elevator so noise travelled from the floors below and the restaurant below. It was very loud and we couldn’t sleep until after midnight even with ear plugs. Some rooms are located down a hallway and I think these would have been better.
