Hotel Schild is a fantastic little hotel to stay at. The staff is incredibly kind. Rooms are very spacious, modern, and comfortable. Also, the area it's located it is very cozy.

The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The staff's friendly approach and quick solutions to all our needs were excellent. Moreover, the breakfast was very rich and delicious. The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, but getting to the main attractions was very easy. I recommend it.

The strict breakfast hours, as if they were constitutional rules, were a bit frustrating. It's understandable that someone might wake up late (e.g., 9:45) or want to sit for an extra 15 minutes to enjoy their time. People may want to sip coffee while planning their day. While this might not apply to everyone, we didn't appreciate the behavior of one female staff member. Ending the breakfast service shouldn't mean "get up and leave." However, another gentleman did not display such an attitude. Thank you for that.

Quiet and nice location - it is situated out of the city, but you can easily reach the city center by public transport. Spacious room, staff super friendly. We had everything for comfortable stay.

Room hadn't been cleaned properly especially when you come with babies you will see 'quality of cleaning' on their knees. Parking indoors is limited to 1.8m so if you travel with box on the roof you will be not able to park in garage. Also parking spaces are extremely narrow, one wall at the entrance to garage scratched, just right after entrance you should turn so with long vehicle it's complicated to park in garage but you can park outside.

Clean spacious and comfortable rooms in excellent condition. Spacious bathrooms too, but needing a couple minor repairs. Each room has a small fridge. Several restaurants in walking distance. And nice views of the vineyards from upper floors.

The public areas are not as well maintained as the rooms. The parking spaces (paid) are extremely narrow (buses are nearby but no tram or metro). When we checked in, we requested and paid for one extra night. But the staff did not record this properly and while we were sleeping, they knocked and entered our room (without waiting for us to come to the door) to confront us. They did apologize and offered us one morning of free breakfast to make us feel better. The wifi worked well on the 1st floor, but not on the 3rd floor.

The hotel room was spacious for one person and the bathroom offered both bathing and shower facilities. Large double doors lead onto a patio area which I only wish I’d had time to enjoy. The room was quiet and air-conditioning available. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful, I will definitely return when I stay next in Vienna.

There are no shops or cafes in the near vicinity so it is important to make sure you are self-sufficient when you arrive at your hotel, although public transport is readily available.

For us it was a great location as for the price Hotel has a good communication by bus to reach the metro station Paid parking on the street as well as in the hotel, but this is Vienna thing those days Room spacious and clean Outstanding personnel, very friendly and helpful

Amazing service and understanding staffs. Exceptional service, staff was very friendly and understanding. I mixed up my booking dates but the front staff helped in finding a solution so my family and i could get a room. I have been there twice this year with my family and would gladly say the hotel is exceptional and I would gladly come again.

The place was lovely. We were very satisfied and the staffs were very nice, flexible and understanding. We arrived passed their booking time but the staffs made sure they kept our keys and cards where we could take them and even send us messages were our card was and so on. We will definitely recommend Hotel Schild . Fantastic place 😊.

nice, clean and spacious room, was cleaned everyday with daily fresh towels. hotel is 2mins away from bus stop which passes frequently. restaurants, wine and beer bars within walking distance and the area is quite and safe
