Great property. Located inside shopping mall, you can pay extra 18E per day to park inside garage. Note that when you go in to Garage, just follow signage where it says Parking Hotel. And you go all the way to the bottom and when you turn left you will see on concrete pillar hotel signage. Check in was super smooth, when you pass reception, you select your floor and designated elevator will come to pick you up. Great stuff. If you need you can pick up extra towels in the storage room. We took paid breakfast, excellent stuff there. Staff was very friendly and introduced us into hotel facilities. Great. Definitely would come again.

Walls are normally tiny and we had a bit noisy neighbours. Nothing else. Normal stuff.

Amazing stay at Harry’s Home! The hotel is located inside Millennium City Mall, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and quick snacks. Whether you're craving a meal or need to grab something on the go, everything is just steps away. The team at the hotel was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. The location is a major plus! The train station is right next to the mall, making commuting around Vienna super easy. McDonald's is just 100 steps away, and taxis are readily available right outside the mall. One of the best parts? The mall is next to the river, creating a perfect setting for a peaceful walk with beautiful views.

They do not offer a variety of eggs, such as fried, omelet, or others. Only scrambled or boiled eggs are available daily. The breakfast was good, but this was the only issue.

Great size room, very clean and facilities are great. I would recommend this place to stay , not close to the center but trains are very fast and efficient to get around. Location is right next to the river .. i had great biew from my room and there is a shopping center , food hall in the same block .. very convenient.

Did not have a fridge in my room when i arrived and it was not included in my package .. which was surprise to me at that price and quality of the venu.. it was fixed very fast 😃

-Location: probably the nicest location ever, right inside the mall (you never get bored, can shop at any time, huge variety of shops-douglas, muller, intimissimmi, mango, H&M, Rituals, Guess, Samsonite, etc, and it takes 1 min to walk to the train station -Wi-Fi: another huge advantage- high speed wifi in the room, and pretty much anywhere in the mall for free -Staff: very hospitable and nice people, helped us with anything we needed and know English very well! -Tidiness: the room is very clean, large, up to date, the beds are comfortable; there is a TV -AC: the temperature is not that high as other people say, the AC works fine, and there is no need to open the windows during winter -Bathroom: clean, has a nice shower, good mirror to do your makeup with great lighting and also a blow drier -Safe: easy to use and to store your valuable items

The room was perfect, everyone was friendly, in the Millennium City you have everything you need + the Danube is nice to have this close. Breakfast was nice too, and there is space to park.

The view from our room. We were on the 5th, in a studio room (last time we stayed in a smaller room with a view of the Danube), our windows faced inwards, so when we opened the blinders, we only so other windows, which is a bad experience to have in the bedroom. I know we didn't book a Danube view room, but this was still sad.

The hotel was very good overall. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, and a great location inside a shopping mall with convenient parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent - a nice variety and good quality.

There was no fridge in the room, which made things a bit tricky for us as we were travelling with a baby. On one of the days, Vienna was quite hot, and the air conditioning couldn’t keep the room cool enough, which made it uncomfortably warm.

Loads to like - great view of the Danube, comfortable and spacious room, fantastic shower, friendly and helpful staff, restaurant options are great with the Millennium City food court round the corner and it's right next to U Bahn and bus links into the centre. Breakfast felt slightly on the expensive side, but overall the place is very good value for money.

Not a lot. Only slight issue was the room was a little dusty in places on arrival but they sorted it as soon as we flagged it and were apologetic. If we were being fussy we'd say it would be good to have access to an English speaking channel or two, but who goes to Vienna to watch TV...?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at harry's home Wien hotel & apartments, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for my stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally clean. I was particularly the stunning views from my window. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a wide array of fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal—close to popular attractions while still providing a serene atmosphere. I enjoyed the ease of access nearby shops. Finally, I must commend the staff for their outstanding service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

I will give full marks just for the location! Simply fantastic. It's situated in a huge shopping complex. Everything from grocery to H&M you can get within a 200 metres radius. Moreover the Handelskai metro is literally next door with excellent connectivity to all major tourist attractions.

The breakfast especially vegetarian options could have been better. There were no veg savoury items for breakfast. The coffee in their cafeteria was amazing. Also, i thought my studio apartment could have been slightly cheaper but I am told everything is just simply too expensive in Europe!

Nice location, lucky to have a view on the Donau even though I did not pay extra for that. Paying through booking.com caused some issues but the staff was patient enough to help me and and send me a payment link. I also had mentioned the preference of a room with a bathtub, which we also received which was very nice! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

The curtains are a quite translucent for sleeping, woke up a couple of times in the early morning because of the sun. There is no mini fridge, which wasn't a problem but some might expect to find one.
