Great comfortable bed, very clean and fresh feel to the room, quite area, ideal for a night sleep when you're transiting the country. Location is outside of city centre with free parking included but close enough to use public transport if you want to see the city.

Not much I didn't like, carpark is a little difficult to find, Street Agavenweg number 8, and lack of manned reception is great for late check in, but not ideal if you need a an extra pillow or something, as likely to take them about 24hrs to answer the request.

It has everything you need for one night. The room is quite big, the bathroom is very beautiful. It is very clean even the hallway smells clean. When we came in we checked-in via electronic machine. We also came at around 1pm (official check in time is 3pm) and there was no problem. The motel has its own parking. When we left we just put our room card in mailbox and that was everything. It also has great bus and metro connection. The bus is driving every 5 minutes. Across the street is a bakery which has very good sweets. We definitely recommend this motel and we will be coming back if we visit Vienna again.

Nice place to stay for a few nights. Quite far from the city center, but with very easy access: bus stop right in front, bus comes every 10 min or so, and then stops in front of the subway entrance. Perfect location if you come by car, and visit by public transport. Very good backery in front of the motel. Very nice staff. They accommodated us 2 hours earlier, and where very kind. Easy check in and check out.

Kitchen utensils: could be better.

Very quiet location. Would still recommend as it is very clean and with a kitchenette you can cook something;)

A bit far from central location. Guests should know they did offer a room with a very low floor to ceiling height (see photos).This should be marked at a lower price due to its cramp environment, or be notified in advance.

Very clean, modern, practical rooms ideal for an overnight stay. Quiet location, good for sleep on comfortable beds. Overall condition of the premises very well maintained. Shutters for patio doors provide privacy and darkness for sleep. Sockets well located. Internal space of rooms well designed. Very clean rooms. Easy acces from the motorway. Good little kitchenette for cooking a small meal. All you need for a good night rest after a long drive.

Time consuming self check-in touch screen. Country selection menu does not change language to English. Heavy fire doors difficult to open with luggage. Not much in the immediate vicinity if you need to eat out.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. They have a big parking and garage, which was comfortable for us. Rooms have a separate exit to the yard, which is probably excellent for summer vacations when you can sit outside. There's a restaurant and bakery nearby - both were wonderful. Self check-in was convenient, but don't know why they need the data of both guests.

You can hear everything from other rooms and a corridor. Also, haven't seen anyone at the front desk at least once.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motel22 in Vienna. The studio was impeccably clean and cosy, with a thoughtful touch of Manner Wafers on each pillow. The room size was perfect, and the well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The self-check-in and checkout processes were effortless, adding to the convenience of the stay. The reasonable price makes it a great value, especially for travellers with a car.

The limited car park spaces were a minor inconvenience, although ample spots were available on the road outside the main entrance. Maybe some extra coffee pods and also tea bags in the kitchen would have been better.

I have already visited different hotels, apartments and apartments, and I will tell you honestly, this hotel is very clean, a beautiful woman who checked us in earlier, since we were traveling with a child at night, we had to check into the room earlier to change his clothes and feed him convenient, not somewhere in the car, it was very easy to agree on everything, so for the money we paid, this hotel is actually worthy of its rating, I thank the lady who made an exception for us, if possible, let the management give her a bonus for what she a nice person and the best worker 😉

Parking and accommodation were great. Breakfast across the street and bus station near the motel. Very nice and recommended. Would love that the EV charging option was as communicated in front. Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Self checking is OK, and there was little mixup from the guest in front with issuing of RFID. What I did not like is that I asked in front of stay if EV charging was included and free, and got the answer it was. Unfortunately, I was not able to charge and looked as it was paid service for AC price like for fast DC charging, no staf was available during the stay to assist as reception was empty.

I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.
