Very spacious room with comfortable bed, working air conditioning, fridge and kettle. It was very hot in Austria during our stay so the air conditioning was very much appreciated. The hotel has a bar-restaurant and we had a delicious meal there. A good breakfast is available in the hotel. Parking is available in the carpark next to the hotel, on the street and in the hotel's separate carpark behind the hotel.

Hotel Michael is excellent value for money, in a quite good location. Parking was easy, reception was very kind, and the room was very well heated even on a cold-ish April weekend. (In fact we had to turn off the heating for the night, most accommodations have it the other way around and let you freeze. ;) ) Our room was cleaned daily despite of our short stay of 4 days. The room included a double bed on a gallery (allowing half the family to sleep longer above, while the rest was keeping busy downstairs), a really really spacious, clean, and well-equipped bathroom with bath tub, we got a small fridge, water heater, really nothing more to wish for, especially for this price! Gerasdorf is a nice, quiet location just outside Vienna. Supermarket Hofer (Aldi) and a Ströck bakery (with proper table service etc.) was 5 minutes away on foot. We used the car to get to the Leopoldau underground station P+R parking (4.10 EUR per day), and then took the U1 line to downtown. It was really quick and comfortable, I could recommend the same to anyone! I would definitely stay at Hotel Michael again, it was one of the high points of our visit to Vienna!

We did have a large flat screen TV, but it was not a smart TV unfortunately. It did not matter at all: we traveled to see Vienna, not to sit around in our rooms, so this is not a real complaint.

We booked a room for one night. Due to our late arrival, we were able to collect the key from a night safe, but thanks to the clear instructions, we had no trouble getting in. It was one of the cleanest accommodations we’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious and comfortably fit two adults and a child.

Everything was great, very very clean, immaculate, comfy beds, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and good connection to the center of the city, bus stop right infront of the hotel that takes you to the train and metro station. I highly recommend it!

Fair price for everything related to accommodation and location. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Metro station Leopoldau U1 is 7 minutes with the bus. The room was clean and big enough. Breakfast at location good as well. Free parking available.

Breakfast was ok but the hot food was not hot enough. Staff told us breakfast was till 10am but we found out it was 9.30am. Room was nice but why not put some tea and coffee and milk for guests so they can have a coffee when they arrive. The kettle is there and every hotel I have ever stayed in provides this in the room

Comfortable hotel close to Vienna. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast.

It was very noisy when we opened the windows, the street is very busy.

The accommodation was quite basic. The parking was full of work trucks at night The orientation of the living room was not great. TV facing the side of the couch and the couch facing the wall
