Lovely apartment with two double beds and a bed setee in separate rooms suitable for two/three couples or large family. Great coffee machine, kitchen facilities. Access to clothes washing facilities and short tram ride into centre.

Not many restaurants or bars locally however No. 72 tram only around corner which takes you into city centre in about 10 minutes.

Very nice apartment in a good part of Vienna - everything you might want (museums, good restaurants etc.) is close, apart from the supermarket, but nothing delivery apps can’t fix. We also had a terrace which we haven’t used a single time due to 35 degrees outside, but the view from it is also nice. There were also more than enough coffee pads, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and so on, so as long as you have water with you when checking in, you will survive.

Nothing was significant enough to lower the maximum rating, really. Welcome water bottle would have been nice and working upper window/shade remotes. But this is really trivial. Nothing is perfect, no matter what your ex thinks:)

The apartments are very grand with high ceilings, tastefully decorated and furnished. Plenty of AC units. All very clean with good kitchen facilities, dish washer, washing machine and coffee machine with pods. Suitcase storage on the 4th floor was also useful. Excellent lift. Access to the excellent underground transport network was very easy.

As is often the case with 2 bed apartments the bedrooms are nothing like equal. The master bedroom was huge with plenty of storage and wardrobe space with a large ensuite bathroom but in this case the ensuite has no toilet! The toilet is at the other end of the apartment via the kitchen. The second bedroom is very small with no wardrobe space or even hooks to hang a dress or shirt. Happily the bathroom with bath, basin and toilet was nearby. There was a shower over the bath but no shower curtain or glass panel to prevent the floor getting soaked. We ended up sharing the shower in the master bedroom. Not ideal.

We spent the best part of a week recently - in Apartment No. 8. Finding the place was easy as it is only a stones throwaway from the underground station Michebeueren AKH (Allgemeine Krankenhaus). Perfect for getting around town! You gain access to the building though a key in a key safe, the number of which you receive in advance by email. Our high ceilinged apartment was on the first floor, accessible both by stairs & a modern lift. The hallway lead to a separate WC with extractor fan. There was also a kitchen/dining room area with a fully fitted kitchen, large, solid wooden table to seat 6 guests. The kitchen included a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and oven. We mainly used the coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) and fridge. The bathroom was compact, with a very good, modern shower, sink, hairdryer and washing machine. We had two large bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TVs. The corner bedroom also had a comfortable sofa bed. We didn't use the air conditioning here - it wasn't necessary in late September. We didn't need much help with servicing the flat whilst we were there. However, we called the local office to see if we could check out a little later and were told that this wouldn't be a problem as the next guests would only be arriving the next day. So, instead of rushing out at 11:00 we remained until ca. 14:00. Thanks! In summary we were delighted with this place - modern, very clean and more than big enough for the two of us. And given the proximity to local public transport (U-Bahn & tram) we found the location to be surprisingly good. Oh, and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance here!

In the main room there was a rather stained grey sofa. We'd recommend replacing that - it has certainly seen better days. We'd recommend adding a coffee table in here for use when watching the TV on the sofa in here.

The location of this apartment in Vienna is absolutely fantastic, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, cafes, and major attractions (maximum 15-10 min by train). The apartment itself was perfect – spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The check-in was very easy. Whether you're here for sightseeing or business, this place has everything you need. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

The apartment was like a hotel, so spacious and with everything we could need. They even left out some Easter treats.The bed was extremely comfy and the kids loved the park next to the apartment. We had a problem with the washing machine but used the one in the laundry room which was brilliant. We also made the most of the coffee refills! The apartment was right next to the metro station and it was very easy to get into the centre. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

I am so happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna! Initially, I was a bit concerned about the distance from the city center, but it turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being slightly away from the center, we found the access to public transportation, including the urban trains and Strassenbahn, to be extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Our stay here truly exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Vienna!

We have now stayed multiple times at rafael kaisers apartments in vienna. Everything is expected, no surprises and the communication with the property manager has also always been excellent, quick reply and anything we needed was solved swiftly. Spacious apartment even though we travelled as a large family. The u-bahn and ttam is basically just outside the dorr which means that you can be down town vienna in 10 min. Great reaturants as well close by. Will be our go to spot from now on.

The apartment can get quiet hot in hot summer days and working the AC is not that easy.

The apartment was very big and comfortable. Close to the center, very convenient transportation by tram 42 or metro. The location in the apartment was great. Very clean white linen, nice hairdryer, very well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet for a full rest in the evening. Thank you for everything.

The house was very modern and spacious. It was carefully designed and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was a smart TV, which would have been nice. Having a baby bed and a high chair was a huge advantage for me. Although the location was far from the city center, its proximity to the metro made transportation very easy. They were also very understanding about the late check-out. I sincerely thank them.

A smart TV would have made it even better.
