Overall a very pleasant stay. Our first room had a bit of water leaking, but within 10min we got assigned to a new room. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is awesome, and we could even arrange take-away breakfast for our sunrise trip.

Can be a bit noisy if windows are facing the street. Not walkable distance from the center, but quick and easy to reach by taxi or scooter.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Really clean and comfortable room with a nice restaurant and amazing breakfast! Also packed us up a breakfast for 2 trips we did. This felt like a luxurious stay for a very good price.

It is a bit out of the way and apart from their restaurant, which is good, and one across the road there's not a great deal of choice. However, grab and gojek mean you can get anywhere really cheaply so not an issue.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional, great mix of Asian and continental. The breakfast hall was spacious so that here is enough room for everyone The staff is accommodating and nice, they prepared a breakfast box when we had an early sunrise tour so that we could get our meal The room was clean as well as the facilities. The swimming pool was also good. The gym area was functional.

The hotel is not exactly in the city centre. I would say it's not such a big deal since Grab can be used at any time, and Melang itself is not crammed with great sightseeing (it is more of a starting point for touring the natural beauties around). There is lots of good places for food around as well as markets so it's not problem.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself has everything what is to expect from a luxury hotel. They have an inhouse restaurant, spa and pool outside. The room was equipped with a dental kit, shower gel and shampoo. The view was nice, since you see the pool in blue light and behind the roofs of Malang (we were located in the 5th floor).

The bathroom was not super clean, as there was just a little mold in the shower. The pool looked nice, but it was quiet old and not good maintained.

The food is tasty. The staff are friendly and honest. I left some tipping on my bedside table for housekeeping but it wasn't taken. I then left the tipping on my check out day.

The tissue paper were not replenished well enough. But nothing a call requesting for 1 roll to be sent to your room can't fixed. It was delivered immediately too!

We got there early and they prepared our room earlier and we could check in early. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The location was not the greatest. Malang can be really crowded during the weekend. Prepare to be stuck in a traffic to get to downtown area from this location.

Wonderful room with view of Mount Merapi right outside our window. Loved the Skyjack, rooftop bar and pool - again with incredible views of Mount Merapi and sunrise/sunset. Buffet Breakfast was TO DIE FOR! So many options and so delicious! All staff were always accommodating, helpful and smiling. Pool table and table soccer was a fun little extra!

Very nice hotel with big, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast for a 4-star hotel with plenty of options and quite tasty. We didn't expect anything too special and were pleasantly surprised by our stay there

Perhaps there could be more vegetarian options on the menu in the restaurant

It was impeccably clean. The location was good for my needs. I liked having the bar.

The ONLY thing that was not as advertised was being eco conscious with the towels. I would leave my towels hanging after you as directed so they would not be replaced but they still were.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast had lots of options, both Indonesian and Western. The location is perfect for exploring nearby waterfalls.
