Ruining by a family and all the staffs are super friendly . A great thanks to Ms.Francesca , she gave us many informations about the city and always ask if we need any help. Very functional apartment, it had two rooms, all you need and more! It had two separate rooms, one with a kitchenette, the other a sleeping room, just nice and with all you need. Functional and great, also a bit cosy - still it is a larger hotel but spacy, The breakfast, ok it was me who burnt the bread in the toaster, but ok, it was maybe the maximum you can get in Italy, all fine, but to have Nescafé in Italy is hmmmm not the ideal solution for a true coffee person. Oh yes, some of the breakfast was local stuff, fine in the end. Bed: cosy and also avaialbe extra blankets, it was bit cold these days. all worked well

Oh, actually I can not think about negative experiences, just all worked well, we informed that we will arrive with (minutes) later, so this was arranged with the staff from the trattoria in the same building, fine for us. Easy to find a and plenty parking spots that belong to the hotel that seems larger than expected.

Location of this hotel is good, not too far from the highway, in a nice small village. Rooms are nice and rather new looking, there is parking either outside or in the garage below the hotel.

We visited this hotel for the third year in a row and this time, have been dissapointed by the breakfast offer. No vegetables, not even one tomato, rather old bread (hard and simply not tastefull), majority of the ,,warm breakfast bowl" (that normaly has bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs etc) was deliberately empty and clean.

Excellent value for money, we were really impressed. We got a mini apartment - modern and very comfortable, good air conditioning, immaculately clean, big bed, great shower, a free bottle of water and coffee pod for the morning, even the option to log in to netflix on the TV! Breakfast was great - everything you expect for continental or hot breakfast, plus a few really lovely extra touches (pancakes and maple syrup, goji berries and nuts/seeds to go on the muesli etc). The staff were lovely and the location was 10 minutes easy walk from the town centre. We ate at the on site restaurant and had a great dinner there too. Overall, would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful apartment hotel in quite location of the city, very clean apartment with small kitchen. We had apartment number 14 on second floor, with poor wifi signal in bedroom, living rooom/kitchen was fine. Breakfast is great with various hot and cold meals, also some fruits and cakes. Large parking space in the front of hotel or you can use the underground hotel parking. Restaurant serve classic italian meals from this region - pasta or meat. We can fully recommend this place.

As we arrived we got a upgrade of the room type. The one we got was more spacious as the one we originally booked but we don’t have to pay more for it. The room was clean, everything fine for our stay. The car can be parked in the garage right next to the hotel (underneath the hotel). Breakfast is quite good.

Wifi is poor and the TV set wasn’t working good (reception was breaking down after a while) and didn’t come back

A new looking small hotel with outside and inside parking. The receptionist was nice and spoke excelent english, was very helpfull. The room was small but very clean, nice quality of appliances and furniture, decoration on point and tastefull. Bathroom very clean in great condition with towels and shampoo and shower gel. Beds have been comfortable - even the pull out sofa bed that was allready prepared for us when we arrived. I am stressing here the very clean factor as well as the very good condition of everything - from bathroom to bedroom we enjoyed this level of detail and organization very much. Breakfast was very diverse and most of all the excelent quality of used ingredients and food was noticable - wam and cold dishes as well as fresh pastries and bread, yoghurt, milk, coffe, tea etc. Not only the good condition of the room, the breakfast also totaly made us love this place.

A fantastic place, they are not just dog friendly they are dog fantastic. Accommodation was brilliant, spacious clean room with all amenities, good parking. There is also a restaurant on the grounds which is fantastic. Breakfast at the hotel was an another positive point, plenty of choice all fresh and freshly cooked/baked, one of the best I had in a hotel. And they din’t mind our dog accompanying us at the breakfast. Staff were all super, good English and very helpful and supportive. Truly a hidden gem.
