Friendly staff and always on point. Location is very good coupled with excellent view of the beach. Here you are actually staying at the beach. Water is less than 60 meters away

Poor Wifi connectivity. Kept on dropping. Breakfast needs to improve (a bit more variety will do). No cereals. Quality of sausages saved for breakfast must improve. Otherwise besides that I enjoyed and will come back in December

Sipano was an awesome place to spend our time in Kiwengwa! The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. This lodge was cosy, welcoming, and had such an amazing sea view. There was daily room service, and the staff were receptive to our requests. We were able to plan our various activities at Sipano, which made our trip enjoyable and stress free. This lodge was good value for money, and we will definitely visit again the next time we are in Zanzibar!!

Upon arrival we did not receive the room we had booked, but the staff compensated with free dinner. Even though we understood that this minor issue may have been out of Sipano's control, it was an inconvenience, as you can imagine. Secondly, paying for breakfast to be included is an option, however, because the menu is limited it becomes monotonous if you are staying at Sipano for a lengthy period - this is optional so if you are staying at Sipano for a long time, simply keep this in mind. Apart from these two minor points, our stay was lovely and we would certainly visit again!

We had a great time there. Stayed for almost two weeks, and everything was really good. The beach, the food, the room, which got cleaned every day. We highly recommend to book programs with Papaa Njoe Kidapa, we went on blue safari with him and it was an excellent day. The staff were amazing, glad that we’ve met such friendly and helpful people.

Breakfast was lovely. I was cautious at first reading these other reviews but I can confidently say that this resort exceeded our expectations. The staff & Masai were good people whom we enjoyed conversations with. Beach was stunning & the staff shooed hawkers away so that you could enjoy a peaceful day basking in the sun on the very comfortable beach beds. Each resort has an event every night so they rotate noise & people. There was an Italian disco the one night & a Masai fire dance the second night. But we went to bed before ten o'clock & the music didn't really reach our room.

The first thing I want to mention is the lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. Location right on the beach. You can watch the views of the ocean, having breakfast or relaxing on a sunbed. Good cuisine at reasonable prices in the hotel restaurant. So, if you are looking for an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility, this is the right choice.

Perfect lication, very good quality for reasonable price. Excellent service and very nice and helpful staff. Special thanks for Eva for her nice reception, smile and "hakuna matata" approach to our wishes. Very nice, chilling place, not overcrowded, which I can recommend to everyone. One more thing worh to mention is the chef, who served us delicious food. (Maybe worth to consider to add white fish as a catch of the day to the menu) but anyway food was excellent. We will be back there again, I'm sure.

We had an amazing stay! The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive—we even made friends with them during our stay! The beachfront location couldn’t be better, with an unbeatable beachy vibe and beautiful sunrise views right from the property. Swimming was fantastic, and there are some great snorkeling spots nearby, too. The rooms were simple but comfortable and definitely good value for the price. Overall, it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the tropical vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a laid-back beachfront stay with warm and welcoming hosts

Two big powers are stuff and location. Everybody was so friendly, nice and helpful, addressing any question we had. Hotel is small, just on the beach, good food, smiling faces, very chilled atmosphere. Special thanks to Sacha, who was everywhere and always, organizing us the trips for seeing dolphins, snorkling and etc, being very flexible, telling us stories about the culture and life, letting us beat him in cards games and bringing us to the airport at night :) We will come back.

Everything was good so we spent more time instead of 2 nights we make it 5 nights and we have now friends there they have been so nice with us and they invited us to dinner and to enjoy the party plus we get a lot of good advice from them Sissou was amazing if I will be back I would like to have her as friend for ever as she did we feel better when we met her and her friends also we will miss her

The price was higher than the other place we visit but because of people who were there and the stuff we stayed and the shisha was nice but expensive I probably paid them more than they deserve and I used my own stuff only the shisha was from bar and the coconut cubes

The personal in charge of the hotel are really nice, welcoming and caring people. We have spend a good stay thanks to them but also thanks to Sacha who has taken care of our activities! Good breakfast with a mix of local food and "american breakfast" type food. Not a lot of activity around the place; still you can find two or three local restaurant along the main road, or shop in the next village. If you want to eat something more specific, they can always direct you to a more local restaurant. Room were nice as well, you are almost on the beach self, taxi from the hotel always available for you with good price! Welcome drinks were also really good !

The hotel is separated in two parts by a small path which means that if you are in the back of the hotel, you will not receive wifi very well. But you can still enjoy it on the beach or in the lounge so it is not big of a deal. No AC in our room but two fans were there so we really did sleep well. Small thing to say maybe you should install a little bit more opaque curtains in room
