The hotel is really clean, modern, not too far from stone town. It would cost you around $10-15 per trip. The breakfast caters for all kinds of things which was good. The rooms are specious with good size toilets/bathrooms. They could do a bit better with pillow options though but it was okay.

Honestly the fact that I went to try their Spa ( massage) and I was already skeptical about getting a massage from an African woman since I am used to Thai nationals and I was not wrong because I paid almost $65 for a 50mnts massage that was not worth it.

The are quick to attend to your request, the place is so beautiful and it being my first time in Zanzibar, I would say they made my stay great. I didn’t really know more could have spend my entire trip there. The place so so beautiful and I love everything. Their breakfast has a large range of delicacies. It’s delicious and the staffs are well trained. You will enjoy most of the activities for free when you book a room there. When you want to visit Zanzibar, don’t hesitate to book this hotel

Some of the trainees were behaving as if they were forced to work. When you need their services, or are asked to come and help you out you have to call and beg at a point before they come. I didn’t want to report but I feel like the way the receptionist are trying all their best to help, they make the work difficult. I hope the management put this in place

Rooms are big and bed very comfortable. We had light lunch and dinner, food was good. Staff is all wonderful. Breakfast was also good, both omelette station and pancake station.

For a hotel that does not sell alcohol and claims to be a dry hotel I find it strange that a group of loud and drunken people were allowed to drink beer from glass bottles by the pool. That same group was also very loud at dinner time and we noticed them putting something extra in their drinks. I am not against alcohol in any way and would have loved a glass with dinner but can also easily go with out it. That group was also very rude to the staff in my opinion.

The staff was very friendly. The use of golf carts was useful for transporting luggage 🧳 in this large hotel 🏨 complex. I really appreciated the presence of the swing chair on the balcony, it’s very relaxing 😎. The green food (lots of vegetables 🥗) served at breakfast is to be commanded. Good quality of foods & breads.

The Wi-Fi was weak, several times I had lost my Internet connection. The safe in my room was locked until I left it, despite my request to come and fix it. The hot water wasn’t very hot. They used insecticides in rooms every nights instead of using insect repellent products or devices. The restaurant had flies and waiters & waitresses didn’t assist during breakfast.

We had a great experience with my wife during our stay in the hotel. All staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me to get medicine when I had fever. They also arranged the room with birthday greetings for my wife. Thank you for all the support and keep it up.

Swimming pool was closed and water park had limited activities that time. But we were informed prior aarival due to on-going maintenance.

Excellent hotel Best 7* hotel in Zanzibar Big thanks to mr Lianne and mr Hilal for the excellent service. Ocean view is something else. Spectacular views and rooms are awesome.

The spa

Nice rooms, although the bathroom was stinky. Breakfast was OK. Wi-fi was miserable in the room, although in the meeting rooms it was better. Regarding other services, I was charged twice for my stay, and had to go through the process of reimbursement which was painful and lenghty. I also had requested the hotel a driver from the hotel to meet me upon my arrival in Zanzibar. THe hotel had confirmed, but the driver never showed up.

1. Very friendly, helpful and informative staff; 2. The hotel is very well air conditioned considering the heat; 3. The hotel had a very good buffet and a la carte options. The food was delicious 4. The hotel organised our transportation to site see, to the airport 5. They offered us packages on the house when they learnt that we were on honeymoon 6. Very clean premises

1. Staff forgot to clean our room one morning. However, they were extremely apologetic about it

Wonderful facility.

Arrived early and was not let to check-in until 2pm when the hotel was not full.
