Property is cebtrally located. The view of the harbour is nice. Forodhani is within walking distance. The property is well maintained. The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Concerns are always escalated. The .mattress on our bed was too soft, and we communicated this to the front desk. Although they were unable to provide an immediate solution, the concern was escalated to their supervisor and a firmer mattress was placed the very next day. We made special requests to include Indian variety in their breakfast spread and this was honoured happily. Their chef cooks very tasty Indian food. Their pizzas are also delicious.

We held a three-day workshop at Golden Tulip Stone Town Boutique, we also use their small boardroom as a breakout room. The setup was seamless, with all necessary equipment provided. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Staying at the hotel made it even more convenient. Definitely the best conference venue in Stone Town! Clean and spacious rooms, wifi was good, breakfast and staff was great and very helpful Value for money

Excellent reception and very friendly and professional staff. They made sure i am being taken care of. Breakfast at rooftop restaurant is good, variety of options to choose from. The view from rooftop is amazing, specially during sunset hour. The indian food is amazing there, location of the hotel is perfect. They are closed to a lot of attractions in stone town. Rooms were cleaned and spacious. I love it, will definitely come back.

Everything was just wonderful and so close to all attractions. Breakfast at USD10 was great value for money with a lot of variety. Would have also loved some fruit muesli and yoghurt though.

Excellent Location close to ferry and town, the hotel arranged excursions for us in a very reasonable price. Breakfast has a good spread. Rooms are super. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Met GM who has worked in zambia, we felt like home. Good vibe overall.

Very delicious meals with reasonable pricing!! Also if you are looking for the genuine Zanzibar culture experience then this is the place! Located right at the stone town and quite convenient when looking to go for day Excursions like the prison island e.t.c also the local market is just nearby. And the ferry port as well so its easy to travel to and from the mainland🤗🤗

Very friendly and helpful staff who took care of us during our stay. They accommodated our needs to the best of their abilities and provided consistent excellent customer service. This hotel is in a great, convenient location if you wish to be located next to the beach where you can go on the small boats for cruises and Stone Town shops, cafes and markets. It’s also a short walk away from the Forodhani Park (night food market) and Darajani souq if you fancy some shopping. Overall 10/10 experience. Thanks for the fantastic service. I will be recommending your hotel to family and friends.

The only suggestion I would have is providing an iron in the room, otherwise, everything was fantastic!

Very nice location, staff were very helpful always ready to help with anything. Cleaners were available all the time even in the evening. As I traveled with two kids cots were available and excellent and extra bed was big two people could easily sleep. Abit over priced swimming pool was small but idea for morning swim and safe for the kids. Breakfast and food was good mixed with Zanzibar traditional food love it!! The booking manager was supper helpful and available for any question to make ur life easy. Overall great place I recommend it

As a Swahili speaking person sometimes u can be treated different from the European which is a bit sad because we all pay the some amount for the stay.
