Cleanliness and friendly and professional staff

Internet connection was unstable. For people on business trips it’s a put off

Breakfast was very simple but location is excellent closer to the City center and just at the beach

I think the breakfast at Zanzibar View Hotel is fantastic, and the location is great! It's really convenient being so close to both the beach and the town, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. The combination of a delicious breakfast and such a prime spot makes it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting Zanzibar

The hotel could offer compensation through other services, like a complimentary meal, a spa treatment, or even an extended check-out time to make up for the missed day. It would show great customer care and help guests feel valued, even if something unexpected happens during their stay.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The swimming pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant offers a stunning view of the sea—a real treat at any time of day! The staff were outstanding, especially Dickson, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. I really appreciated the flexibility with a late check-out, which made a big difference to my trip. The rooms and overall environment were spotlessly clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

The stay was amazing I have to stay the staff customer care was exceptional . We visited as a group with my family everyone enjoyed lots . Specifically the people below did outstanding work Chef Haidar was very accommodating and the food was so delicious for all breakfasts served along with his restaurant team Mwajuma ,Muumuin and Fahad The Reception team was remarkable lead very well with Glory , and the supporting crew Daniel and Seleman

It’s a little outside of Stone Town but the standard of the hotel makes up for that. Also it’s calmer than Stone Town itself so we slept very peacefully. Only 15min drive drive with dala-dala

The amenities and the facilities are well crafted, portraying the beauty of culture and nature. It is in this place where nature engagement is real . The cleanliness and hygiene of a place is worthy it. Not forgetting the hospitality of the staff

I don’t have the audacity to say the property wasn’t good. Everything was good and I don’t regret my stay. This is my all time spot in Zanzibar

They are super clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially Dickyson, he is very passionate about his work. Generally, you will feel like you’re around your family! I loved these vibes.
