Excellent hotel, with great atmosphere, amazing restaurant and very kind staff. From check-in experience to absolutely amazing dinner, highly recommended hotel with perfect location (5min from main highway), and nice walk around the park after long drive. Rooms are great, we stayed twice in the hotel during the summer, and both experiences were exceptional. Beds very comfortable, facilities great (deluxe room type) and plenty of parking place and new Tesla superchargers just being installed (next generation chargers). Morning breakfast selection was amazing, plenty of options and high quality food - both breakfast and dinner. Huge thanks to restaurant staff for their service, it was great experience and amazing food selection. Super easy check out process, and overall atmosphere was lovely.

Hard to tell as we returned to the hotel second time on our way home, it was very convenient and it is surprisingly large hotel with plenty of rooms and selection of different room types. Based on our experience thank you for lovely memories and short stay.

I really am not sure why this property is only rated 'Good' on here! It's outstanding!!! The location is perfect if you're driving, the staff are incredibly friendly, the hotel itself was stylish, modern, clean and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and well equipped (Nespresso machines!!), and the food was phenomenal!! I cannot speak more highly of this fantastic hotel. The breakfast spread was unlike any I have experienced - including fresh honeycomb! The evening meals were divine too. And if you drive a Tesla they have supercharger points in the carpark. I would seek out this chain of hotels if I travelled in an area they existed again. Brilliant.

A big and lovely hotel, friendly staff, superb breakfast, good accessible facilities, friendly staff. Close to the beautiful Schlosspark. Easy to get to central Moers on foot, through the park.

The restaurant only had very limited meat-free choices which was a problem. The food in the restaurant was ok, but too expensive for what it was. The breakfast was wonderful, though!

Simple hotel with everything that you need for a short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast. The room was spacious, and the setup was personalised for us ( a double and a single bed).

There was no air-conditioning in the room, so it was rather warm at night. In the bathroom, it would be useful to have more towel hangers/ hooks - there were only 2 for 3 people.

exceptionally friendly staff !!!!! Good light in the room (good for reading, working, but can of coursed be dimmed, too), good desk for work, nice to have had the terrace and to quickly be in the nice park next to the house. Great location near motorway A40, close to Moers (about 2 km through the Park to the pedestrian zone) and other cities. The huge park near the house is beautiful.

Spacious and comfort room. Beautifully furnished. Generous amenities are bonus. Staffs in reception and restaurant were very kind and friendly.

No airco in the room. It was very hot day and difficult to sleep. No cosmetic tissues. And our room was little bit far from the reception, so we had to walk to the reception with heavy luggage....

The price and quality and that it was clean!

The staff sat in our terrace and chairs to smoke in the morning and woke us up by talking loudly! Too few sockets in the room (1! Used for the coffee machine) and not enough hooks to hang our towels to dry in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel and the room with quick access to the yard what was very thoughtful considering we have been travelling with 2 dogs. The restaurant is very pretty and the staff very professional and friendly, food was excellent too.

Lack of kettle and tea option in the room

Great location - close to the motorway and a pleasant walk through the park to the town centre. Very comfortable bed and pillows, fan in the room provided for the hot weather. Lovely toiletries, good size room, clean and comfy. Easy parking on the hotel grounds.

No kettle, just a coffee machine in the room (I am a tea drinker...)

Booked last minute for a Euro 2024 trip. Perfect location, great hotel, staff were freindly. Room was of high quality and had a balcony . We couldn't asked for more and was great vaue for money. Fantastic breakfast as well. Just a shame I booked in a rush and didn't look at their website and booked direct instead. Highly recommended.
