The property was absolutely charming with a traditional vibe that made the entire stay feel authentic. The staff was attentive and genuinely kind, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

Good hotel for the price. The staff are super helpful and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and very close to the train station and local to the food places. Big thank you to the manager and director who really went above and beyond to cater for my needs.

The receptionist Mostafa was very helpful . The room was very clean. The restaurant staff were very friendly . Excellent customer service especially Mostafa was very kind. I definitely recommend this location and the hotel is top 5. I gave it excellent service

except ,we went out for breakfast for a while and the cleaning staff barged in on the day we had to check out. our baggage were all in the room and it far away from the checkout time.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. There were no building works and the room was modern and very comfortable. Close to the train station and restaurants and shops.

I love the renovation. The staff from check in Karim, Hamid, Fouzia housekeeper. The restaurant staff. I definitely recommend this place. It makes me feel home.

So nice and helpfull staff! Live music in the evening in the bar but very quiet in the upper part of the hotel. Good place to stay!

The best stay I had in years, nice personnel especially Hamid and Mustafa, very good restaurant, rooms are very clean.
The only thing and this is more like an advise than a negative point is the breakfast, every morning the same thing is not done👍🏻
