Nice location and very quiet. Nice outdoor area by river for relaxing. Very friendly staff. Room was clean but could use a little attention. Drywall in shower peeling a .little. The hot tub and sauana are private you just need to sigh up for your time slot. Breakfast was okay. Fresh fruit, bread products hot/cold cereal. Would have liked some yogurt. They were adding on a new breakfast area so that may have been the issue. Very nice stay.

Breakfast was great! The tables are a little too high- and the chairs are awkward because they are deep, making the table higher…possibly need easier to move, higher chairs- little cramped. But we still enjoyed our delicious breakfast experience- and talking to other guests was enjoyable!

*need a full length mirror or just another mirror in the room. *need a sign outside the sauna/jacuzzi room- “occupied”-“please reserve your personal time.”- or something like that- this way guests thirty minute reserved relaxation spa time is not interrupted by other guests. We had someone come in on two different spa reservations days! When we realized it was “our time” we did say something, politely. 😏 A posted sign on the glass door would be helpful.

Riverwalk is in a great location. It’s a nice, affordable place to stay. Nothing fancy but the free breakfast was very good and the staff were all super nice!

We paid for what was supposed to be a remodeled room but it had a smell to it like the carpet was dirty. Everything else was great!

Breakfast consists of coffee, tea, and cocoa and juice. The Inn provides a refrigerator in the lobby stocked with yogurt, bottled water, and fresh fruit. Packaged muffins and Danish are also available. I found what they provided sufficient for my morning needs.

I generally prefer a room with a tub and shower, as I tend to enjoy a bath sometime during my stay, especially when I have been hiking. My room had just a shower which was nicely sized. Just a little quibble!

River Walk Inn has a lot of attention to detail: a light strip above the bed for nighttime reading, extremely clean rooms, a bathroom faucet that lights up at night, ceramic mugs for in-room coffee, a sitting areas by windows and a beautiful seating area outside near the river. My daughter and I also loved the little reading nook under the stairs. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come here the next time we're in Pagosa - it's everything you want in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly and nicely located.

The path along the river is lovely. Breakfast was great! Walking distance to convenient stores, shops, and restaurants!

The air conditioner would turn off and on, waking me up each time. And it didn't seem to get cool. The foot traffic near our window was annoying going on late into the night.

Very nice room, good location, decent breakfast and not too far from the hot springs. I didn't use the hot tub or sauna, but it was nice to know they had them. Way better value than the previous hotel I had to stay at in Durango which had only twin beds, no breakfast and nothing more for 50% more money

The only minor thing is it would have been nice to be able to park by the room. There is only parking on one side

The room was clean and updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful, large fridge in room, Hulu on tv, location, towels to use for hot springs.

Shampoo/conditioner pumps didn't work, could hear everything going on in hallway and a decent amount from nearby rooms. Fabuloso cleaner scent was very strong

The bed was comfortable . Casper at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have been better. There was no decaffeinated coffee or tea offered. The variety of fruit was limited to bananas and apples which looked a bit too ripe.

It’s a family run hotel, and the staff, at least one of whom was part of the family, was very helpful and friendly. This is rare to find these days. I also like that it backed up to a little park on the estuary at the river. A very nice place to take a walk.

I didn’t sleep well for some reason and it might’ve been the mattress. It was rather squeaky every time I got out of bed and it won’t my sister up I think.
