The hotel is clean, and the receptionists are polite, helpful, and speak English. The room (5th floor) is comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. My room faced the street/ road, but the windows are well soundproofed. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean throughout my stay. The hotel is well connected by buses to the city center, beaches, and airport—ideal for those who prefer not to walk. It’s about a 35–40 minute walk to the center and the beaches. The bus station is just a 3-minute walk away. This is not a hotel where you’ll spend a lot of time indoors—it’s best suited for overnight stays, with most of your day spent visiting cultural sites, relaxing on the beaches, or exploring nearby towns by rental car. Breakfast if not included in your booking you’ll pay 10 eur on site. The selection is basic, but you will find most of what you need. On my last night at the hotel, I tried two salads: one with Almadraba tuna and another with goat cheese. Both were very fresh and tasty.

The beds are what you would expect in a 2- or 3-star hotel. The mattress is acceptable for a good night’s sleep.In the bathroom, the tile grout could use a deep cleaning, and overall, a light refurbishment would be welcome. The swimming pool was not open — apparently, the season starts on June 1st.The gym was locked and can be opened upon request at the reception. Breakfast could be improved by including a small Andalusian corner with traditional local options. It seems that the restaurant currently offers no vegan meals. Adding a few basic vegan dishes — such as those based on soy, tofu, or mushrooms — should not be difficult. Some small changes could significantly improve the overall experience.

Excellent fruit juices at breakfast. Staff was friendly (but most of them didn't speak English).

The variety of food at breakfast was quite poor (I expected more from a hotel in this category). I was most surprised that they didn't offer any vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes,...) and even the fruit selection was limited. I was also surprised that apart from the receptionists, none of the staff spoke English. However, this is a problem all over the city - in most places (buses, restaurants,...) the staff couldn't (or maybe didn't want to) communicate in English (even basic phrases).

Modern comfortable hotel. Very clean. The staff were incredibly kind , very polite and friendly. Our stay coincided with the power cut, the staff provided us with food and drinks . We had no cash and we could not pay with card as the machines were not working . (We paid, of course , at a later date). They carried on working in a friendly and reassuring way. They truly served his clients (I am saying this with my greatest admiration). It’s quite near the airport , approximately 5 miles but in Almeria city. The rooms were comfortable . The area was very safe, the hotel was almost opposite to the police station!

It’s approximately 30 minutes walk from the town centre, but there are good bus connections to the centre. The access to the hotel car park is by a big metal lift which made me uncomfortable each time we used it. Fortunately the hotel has an electricity generator that carried on working whilst the power cut happened so the lift remained working all the time.

*At the time of year I was staying the hotel is set to a temperature of 25 degree for energy saving reasons. 25 degree is to hot for lots of reasons mainly health. I understand saving energy but not 25 degrees. You can see many windows open which I would say would be the reason for it. *Breakfast - where the scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns where kept in the Bain Marie it seems to be cold. *A few elements in the bathroom just needs a little updating

The parking was a bit scary as it’s a lift bringing the car down or up, once the door almost started to close on my car when we tried to leave the lift. Otherwise the parking could have opened with the card but instead you have to call the reception so they can open the parking for you Outside it’s quite loud during the day/night if your room is by the main avenue.

The staff were great. The hotel was clean tidy and had everything I needed. The rooms were very spacious. It was a good central location with buses just outside the hotel so exploring was easy.

The pool is much smaller than the photos portray. Fine for me as I only wanted it to cool down in but can imagine that for people wanting to actually swim it would be a disappointment. Also, there were no drawers to put clothes in which would have been helpful.

The staff on reception and in the bar and restaurant were excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was sorted straightaway. A special mention for Pablo in the bar who never stopped smiling and was super professional and amiable The pool area was lovely and we loved the walk in pool. Food in the bar was good quality and freshly made. Breakfast was good and had everything you could want with hot and cold choices on the buffet

It would be better to maybe have a parasol or two for shade around the pool, particularly in the summer months. Also if you were staying for more than a few days, there is no drawer space only shelves and wardrobe

Mu husband was in hospital for an operation, your front desk team of Alma,Alvero and Paz could not gave been more helpful and supportive. Thank you so much for great staff.

Breakfast was okay, eggs burnt and morning waitress was more concerned about talking to another staff member than taking payment for breakfast. Evening food not as I would expect for a 4 star hotel. The waitress not helpful or very attentive I waited 20 mins for her to come and take my order.

Really nice hotel, easy to find and helpful reception staff. The underground car park had a lift taking the car down, a first for me, but I wondered how long it would take to get out if the hotel was busy as the lift could only take one car at a time. Lovely comfortable room and a decent breakfast.

While the hotel was easy to find driving into town it wasn't really convenient for walking into town, it wasn't a massive distance but the walk wasn't particularly interesting.

The hotel is modern overall. Numerous underground parking spaces (inexpensive compared to other hotels) with direct elevator to rooms. Generous breakfast, friendly staff.

The modern design of the hotel gives an impression of emptiness and coldness - particularly in the restaurant and breakfast rooms. The way the elevator works is annoying: you never know if you're going to go the right way when you get on. WiFi was particularly bad in our room - but it's vital if you want to watch something on TV: there's no content except local TV, so it's up to you to cast your content from your mobile... via the WiFI. Is this why it's so unreliable?
