Hilton does a great job, always delivering a good experience and great service. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, with plenty of space, light, and views! Breakfast is delicious and with a wide menu. Fitness and business centers are nice, quiet, and great for getting work (and work out) done.

The bathrooms need to be redone, as their 1970s architecture is uncomfortable. The bathtub has a wide edge, that must be straddled to get into the shower (but doing so offsets your balance, so you slip on wet tile).

Very nice Hotel at central Location in walking distance to the historic city center. The price for Mexico is on the higher level, but value for money definitely worth it. Through the Genius program I received a free upgrade to an Executive Room with free breakfast. I found the 2 Pools, one indoor for relaxing and one outdoor to swim lanes, extraordinary for a Hotel. The oustide pool also has a terrace with nice city views. The Staff was always very friendly.

No real complaint: The gym was big, however some additional equipment, like handles and ropes, were very used and could be renewed. Other than that everything was perfect.

We had a great stay at Hilton and I can warmly recommend to stay here. Our room was big and perfect for our family of 4. We had a great view over the city from the 22nd floor. The staff in the bar and breakfast was amazing and super friendly but the staff at the reception was unfortunately not that. Quite arrogant and not very helpful. We booked an ad on with 50 usd credit and late check out but the reception did not accept that even thou booking.com confirmed this. If the reception was better I would have given a higher vote.

The staff within the executive lounge were incredible. Very friendly and brightened up our day. Specifically Leonel Size and comfort of the room was brilliant. Huge room, comfy beds, and massive bathroom with fantastic shower We had access to the executive lounge meaning we were able to have free happy-hour drinks and snacks at certain times. A really big bonus and great service to have around sunset Great cocktails Really useful concierge staff who took a delivery for us before we arrived, and help us find some places to go Whilst we didn't visit it, the spa looked lovely

My biggest complaint and something that I'm very disappointed about, is that we booked the hotel specifically to use the pool area the day we flew home. We paid for a hotel deliberately that had a rooftop pool which is harder to find in Mexico City. Unfortunately, we weren't told at the time of booking (nor before we arrived) that the pool area wasn't accessible all day due to a private event. Guests should be told in advance. If we'd been told the services and facilities we had booked for wouldn't be available then we wouldn't have chosen the venue. What's more, that because we wanted a pool for the day we needed to go to an alternative venue to use their facilities and pay an expensive cost for a day pass. Again not something we'd planned for

I liked everything about the hotel, from the speedy and efficient, warm and friendly check in to the ambience and elegance of the hotel. I had a massage whilst there in the hotel spa and it was one of the best I've ever had! I loved the outdoor pool as well as indoor and outdoor terrace to soak up some Mexican winter sunshine.

The room is a little drab. I'd recommend adding some colour!

Spacious room, very clean. Good service. Nice pool area

Before check out time, my room key was de-activated, with all my luggage still in the room. Many guests at the pool area leave their trash, having plastic cups flowing in the pool and people smoking. More attention, monitoring and instruction to guests to this area seems required (why would leave your trash and not throw it away??)

I don´t know if there is something because we book the room through a third party, but this has been a recurrent thing that the hotel gives us the last room. the last in the hall. o the one that is far away. even we choose a higher category, that doesn't matter always a bad spot. and I started to think it is because the reservation is in booking.com

The Hilton MC Reforma is beautiful, wonderfully laid out and centrally located. The standard rooms are not like any I have seen before; spacious, with wall in closet, desk and coach, separate tub and shower. The room service was outstanding! All the food delicious; we were attending a conference on a tight schedule and service was so fast. The 3 staff who delivered food on the 12th floor over the week were kind and friendly. Our room attendant Rita was also amazing. At our opening reception at the pool, the colourful Mexican textiles added to the tables showed the Hilton’s attention to detail.

Perhaps add another ATM machine somewhere on the property. The one in the lobby was out of order when we were there.

Staff at executive lounge including breakfast crew was the reason we give 10. Concierge team was also helpful to arrange private car for day tour. View from the room and Location was convenient and safe. Lobby vibe was very good.

First room they gave us was dated and dirty. We pointed out to exec lounge team and they happily moved us to new room. Front desk staff was average.

Comfy and big rooms Friendly staff

The outdoor pool is tiny. A 2-person lap pool that is mostly in the shade. It wasn't very warm water. The free breakfast requires being waited on and then tipping on the bill at the end. The waiters get your coffee and clear plates. I would rather get my own coffee.
