As always, the breakfast is a highlight of the hotel. The location is also great near the mall where you can find many things you need for your trip. The hotel is under renovation. The elevators are new, showing that the hotel always seeks to offer the best to its customers. The staff is always kind and very attentive to our well-being.

As the hotel is under renovation, we can hear the noise of the men's work. But, it was not a surprise when I booked it I knew that because the hotel had previously advised me.

Superb, friendly and very helpful front desk staff, most of whom spoke excellent English. Delicious and bountiful breakfast buffet as well as custom made omelettes and tapiocas. The hotel is older, but has a well-kept elegance, as well as a very good location.

Our room was large, and the bed was comfortable, but the lighting was unpleasant: pot lights in the ceiling and different shades of LED bulbs were used. No bedside lights for reading, just the overhead ceiling lights. For a 5 star hotel, that is excellent in pretty much every other way, that needs a major redo.

Safes !!!. I tried 3 different s room, because the safe was unable to be used (expired battery in one case, connection troubles in other and so on). I should recommend to do a permanent review and maintenance of safes.

Nice staff! Even during the renovation everything is made to avoid impacts on the clients.

Swimming pool oldish. The safe wasn’t operative and despite many claims was not repaired during the 5 days of my stay

Breakfast and dinner were fabulous and full of varieties to choose from. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Great location in the center of town, with easy access to some huge shopping malls and excellent restaurants.

The hotel is surrounded by other buildings, so not much to look at from our bedroom window. However, the room is incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent so we could easily go out for walks, sightseeing, and find a wide range of dining options.

The staff were very nice Location is great. Has a nice mall and some nice restaurants (Jamie Oliver) nearby. Breakfast was also.fairly good

Housekeeping doesn't replace the towels in the toilet if you leave them for changing. So you find yourself with one less every time. Secondly, the coffee in the room is charged. Wasn't the case in the other hotels I've stayed at in Brasilia.

Location is superb, staff super helpful, I went for a road race they allowed me to have breakfast at 5:20am due the race. Amazing

They need to fix the lifts, the lifts work but they operate poorly stopping in random floors. They are aware of the problem and are working on that.

Very nice breakfast with very good quality products (fresh & tasty). Very efficient personnel. Very good internet 24 hours a day and a good work area in the room with a comfortable chair to work.

The reception staff very kind and productive. The location is at the heart of Brasilia surounded by several Shopping Center and at meters of the "Explanada" At 15 minutes from the airport
