Spacious room, quiet at night (though close to mosque for morning prayers). Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was effective. Standard Turkish breakfast, but breakfast room gets very crowded.

The shower was totally backwards. There was no glass door or shower curtain near the handheld sprayer and overhead shower. Thus, it was impossible to keep water off the bathroom floor. We traveled with others and their bathrooms did not have this arrangement. Also the walls are not very soundproof. Finally, for a non-smoking property, there was frequent evidence that not everyone was complying.

The location is spot on, close to the city centre and relatively close to the fortress. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was almost no breakfast. I mean, when I came to the restaurant at breakfast time, it seemed as if they were to start bringing food (there were only some small jams and bread on the counter), but there was nothing more. This being Van, I went out to have proper breakfast at one of the kahvalti salonlari (it was kind of hard to find it at Sunday morning and during Ramazan, but I managed), and when I came back to hotel, I found out that the situation hasn't changed - the restaurant was empty and almost without food. Also, the receptionists' English was pretty basic for a five-star hotel.

The staff was very kind and accommodating and welcoming. They kept the restaurant open for us a little longer than usual because we had just arrived and were exhausted and hungry. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. We didn’t have time to checkout the facilities. Our room was clean. Good value for money.

Nothing to complain about. There was one weird thing which was The bed setup was a little strange as there were sheets on the bed but the blankets were in the closet for us to take ourselves.

This hotel is very clean. It is located in a good place in Van. It is close to the main street. The breakfast is very good. The hotel staff and management are very kind. There is a cafe for coffee and pastries in the lobby which is one of the best cafes in Van. I recommend this hotel to all families and people traveling to Van. I hope the hotel management and the esteemed staff are in good health.

I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. A special thanks to Turan at the reception who was incredibly helpful and kind — both to me and later to my father. Her assistance made our experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Van!

A good quality, comfortable hotel. Quiet location, ten minutes walk to the busy shopping end of the street. The girls on the reception desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, even though it did not change from day to day. Supermarket and restaurants a few minute walk away.

Shower had no door so the bathroom floor became awash. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss some days.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms was clean and comfortable Breakfast, pool and turkish bath was all good in general.

Only problem is about the location that is located very close to a Mosque and even during the night it has a very loud sound. All in all we had a good time in this hotel.

Nice hotel in general, great location and staff is helpful. Nice quality bed, I rested well. Enjoyed spa center after the long journey, was very satisfying.

The breakfast room is very small, I always had t ok take my plate to my room or to lobby. This is very annoying, no possibility to have a breakfast.

I really liked the location and the view from the windows. The staff, especially a lady and a gentleman at the reception and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage (unfortunately I forgot to ask their names :-( ), were so nice and friendly. We checked in one hour earlier and it was not a problem by the staff. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfy. The rooms were so clean, especially the sheets and the bathroom, which are so important for everyone to be clean. The dining area and also the breakfast were really good. There were various fresh options for breakfast you would enjoy. Looking forward to going back😃

Very centrally located. Within walking distance to all the shopping areas. Very good value for money. The meals at the on site restaurant were delicious & well priced. HAMDI at reception & all the staff we came in contact with were friendly, polite & very helpful!

The bath towels were rather thin, we prefer thicker towels.
