It is a perfect hotel in every way. I found it very successful from the garden arrangement to the room design. They found a solution to every single problem we had, even if it was not their fault, and thank you very much for not letting our holiday be ruined.

I know that it is the municipality's responsibility rather than the hotel's problem, but the road to the city center on foot is a bit creepy and dusty/muddy. You have to go by car.

Breakfast was great, every day there was something different.The taste of the young people working in the kitchen was very good. The garden suite we stayed in was very nice, we were very comfortable and enjoyed it very much.

Big flat on 2 floors. Excellent breakfast and very kind people there. We were the only guests so very quiet.

Breakfast was very good. The room was small but comfortable and clean when we arrived. Nice inner garden. Staff very nice, polite, ready to help.

The room was clean and tidy when we arrive. They do not clean regularly though, and they do not change the linen, unless one pays extra fees. The site seems very nice, but the surroundings are not. Next to the building we were staying there was a construction site. Moreover, the hotel is placed among a power plant, a military parking place, a kind of landfill for big stuff, an open yard of building materials, and it is mostly accessible by dirt roads. Bozcaada is a very windy island, so one is all the time dirty, not to mention the car or the room (that is not cleaned regularly). The hotel is apparently near a seaside, but this is not accessible and it is improper for swimming. Moreover, in the map the hotel seems very close to the only village of the island. If one can walk all these dirt roads before reaching the main road of the island, well it is near. If one wants to stay clean should take the car, park in the main road of the island with difficulty and walk rather the same distance. Our room was supposed to have a garden view. We had a view to the construction place instead. We were supposed to pay by the arrival. Well, somehow we did. I would prefer to pay myself though, using my card or cash, instead of realizing that they took the money from my card without me knowing it. The island is rather particular, before visiting one should know that it is very windy, there are many dirt roads, the only village is practically inaccessible by car but somehow the place is always in a traffic jam, and there are not many really good swimming places. During the summer, have in mind the queues for the ferry, especially when you are about to return.
