The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel had parking on site which is hard to come by in Türkiye. The room was spacious, and everything I needed for a one night stop on my way south. Right by the water.

Couldn’t get the balcony window to work, but didn’t really need to open it. It is far from the city center, I walked - it was about 3-4km. But near the hotel is a shopping mall and outlet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a top-notch experience. Highly recommend!

Upon our request, they transferred us to a room with a closer view of the sea, without asking for a fee.What a fascinating sea view it was! They were very helpful. Breakfast was varied and room cleaning was nice.

The hotel or at least our room 315 has a sewer problem. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, it always stinks. The lady in the reception said it is the problem for the entire city. Not quite sure if that actually is true. Looks like the hotel went under a renovation but they forgot to clean all the debris, concrete left overs and grouts everywhere.

Breakfast was fine, buffet format

Our initial room was akin to a prison cell, with 2 small mattresses thrown onto a base too big for the mattress. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, rubbish in the bedside table drawers. The windo was too high to see out of, basically it was very depressing, one cup for coffee, no mini fridge, 2 small cartons of water. On complaining to the staff, she said you booked an economy room which was true, however the pictures on the booking.com website does not reflect the true state of the rooms and was in fact pictures of the room we paid to upgrade too at an additional cost of 1000tl. The room we upgraded to and what we selected on the booking.com website which was the reason we booked it and to the standard that we expected.
