Very nice staff, reception are very helpful....The hotel is in a great location for the mini bus to visit Troy and is only a 10 mins walk from the Sea and promenade. Breakfast is included and is basic but fresh with good coffee options. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They organised a taxi for Me to the Bus Station when I checked out. A good no frills budget Hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The window blinds don't keep out a lot of light....I am always awake early, but late sleepers might need " eye covers"

Everything was perfect. The hotel is situated not so far to the city center, cliff ,ferry and to the interes zones . A very big market is situated at 5 minutes walking and across the street you can find also a big free parking place. The disadvantage is that only after 7 PM you can find a free spot. Very comfortable beds, very kind hotel staff. The breakfast is good-good ,nothing to say, but a little improvement wold be great, meaning more variation. Thank you so much for everything. In terms of cleanliness, a little more work should be done. It could be nice that the garbage from the room will be picked up daily and for a longer stay, it's not so nice to have the floor dirty, so should be cleaned minimum once at four days. The hot water is during the evening pretty much cold. You cannot take a shower like this, during the winter ❄️

Location is very convenient in terms of closeness to center but at the same time a little far from the crowds and noise which suits us. Staff is very friendly and helpful for access to touristic sites in the area. Nearby parking spot convenient.

- water temperature!!!! if you wanted to take a shower in the evening, the water was lukewarm at best, but closer to cold. - breakfast is really basic (boiled eggs and cheese, veggies), but it's decent, you will not remain hungry :)

Location is great, few minutes walking to the center and coast. Lots of shoppping places, and restaurants within 10 minutes walk, as all the city attractions. Staff is excellent and very helpful.

location is best. 5 mins to all major travel locations. room is basic , clean and fit for purpose. A/C system works great.

there is no car park of the hotel, even for unloading your luggage. luckily there is a car park nearby (50-60 mt. away) you can park there.

I loved the staff, the location and the room overall. There is no parking dedicated to the hotel but the staff helped us park our car nearby.

The breakfast was a bit poor, there wasn't many diversity, for example there was no meat and what saddened me the most there was only cherry jam and chocolate as a sweet option, some cake or cereal could be added. Also, because the bed in the room was a moveable bed it fell in the night so i had to wake up and put it up. Finally, the WiFi was a bit week in one part of the room.

The hotel is located in a busy area, quite close to the promenade, you can get there in a fairly short time, walking, visiting some shops on the way The room was spacious, clean, the beds/mattresses very comfortable, the bathroom is large and clean. Internet is good enough. Breakfast should be more varied, you don't have many choices Good value for money.

The hotel has no parking space, not even temporarily where to park even for check-in. The TV has no signal,

The hotel has a good, central location that is a short, pleasant walk from the waterfront. The room was pleasant and modern, with everything I could have possibly needed. Receptionist Seval was extremely helpful and kind.
