The hotel is very nice, clean, with good beds, with exceptionally good breakfast, very warm in winter period. The location is perfect: on one side is the new town, big square and 2 parks, on the other side is the old town full of small streets and full of shops, places to eat, and to walk. There are many small streets, with little traffic, some are pedestrian. There are bus stops round the corner (in both directions) where many buses stop including the bus from the Bus Station (Otogar) -C9 and from/to the University - C1 and others. There are many buses, price 17 turkish liras (0,50 EUR), payment upon entry in the bus with your debit card to the driver. Although very close the main street it is very quiet, because there are no restaurants on that particular street, and there is a block between the hotel and the main street. It is about 5-10 minutes from the Trojan Horse. It is about 5 minutes walk from the Port (there is tourist information centre before the port). The main pedestrian walk is on both sides of the port, there are many restaurants, and the Trojan horse is there. From the port you can take ferry to Kilitbahir - there is medieval castle; ferry at the price almost of a bus ticket 20 TL, every hour; Kilitbahir castle is with entry 50 TL (less than 2 EUR). Entry to the Medieval castle of Chanakkale is through the Naval museum (go through), about 10 min from the hotel. Trips to Troy - minibuses start from under the bridge, check departure times, we took at 9.30, bus price 50 TL. The bridge is third bridge from the sea, 11 min walk from the hotel. Enjoy!

Hotel was adequate with great location in a lovely city,was a nicely heated room in the colder nights

The issue I had was a I am touring on a motorcycle and no free parking available near the hotel and you had to pay for private parking, so not good for motorcyclists but if you don't have a car or willing to pay extra costs for parking staying here it is not a problem

Great price-quality ratio, The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Some people say the breakfast is not as expected, but I think for such a price it is really great (tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, butter, bread, olives, some salads and mezze). The room was quiet and I could sleep without any problem. Location is perfect.

The room appliances are rather old, they do require some repair works. Wi-Fi is non-existent on the first floor (good thing I did not need it much). There is no shampoo in the room but that is a usual thing in the budget hotels.

Great location and the room was ok for an overnight stay. Breakfast was included and included a good selection of hot and cold food. The beds were comfy but the room was pretty simple. Location was close to everything. Rooms were clean and quiet.

It was quite a small room, so wouldn't recommend more than a night.

Great place, not so crowdy, great staff and very kind.

Some issues with the cleaning and facilities. Some of them were broken at the bathroom for example, about the cleaning there was a room with the sheets, they had some yellow spots .. on the floor not so clean, my feet were black after walking around without slippers.

The location was excellent, walking distance to pretty much everywhere!

The place itself is really nice but the rooms are a bit old. Our sink was splashing outside that wet the floor. But we were there only for 1 night so we did not mind too much.

The location for the ferry was brilliant, nice restaurants nearby, lively town. Very nice breakfast

The advert says free parking - this isn't true there is a small charge for parking a short walk away. We had double checked about parking and knew the situation and still chose to stay here!

In an excellent spot to hang out in Canakkale. And the place was comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Very good value to enjoy the town. Would stay there again.
