Very friendly welcome. Everything was explained and all questions answered in excellent English by the young man at reception, whose name I wish I had remembered! The room was spacious with a kitchenette on the side. We didn't do any cooking as we only stayed one night but it seems perfectly possible if you are so inclined. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace - inside in our case as the weather was rainy. We were served by a cheerful lady and although the selection might be seen by some as somewhat limited, everything tasted great.

Nothing really. The shower could be a bit temperamental but we managed just fine.

The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly and her English was very good. She showed us where to park our car and helped us to communicate with the guy who takes care of the parking lot behind the hotel. This was 250 turkish lira per day and needs to be paid in cash, which we were told about in advance by the hotel. The hotel is on a narrow, one-way shopping street, so the parking was essential for our 2 night stay. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and food outlets surrounding the hotel. Make sure you book the incredible turkish breakfast that is served on the rooftop terrace. This is 250 turkish lira each and is highly recommended. It was so fresh and delicious, especially the walnuts with a drizzle of honey. Thank you so much to the hotel. You made us feel so welcome.

We just found the bed too hard, but this is just a personal preference as some people will like it.

Very large room with lots of windows. The double and 2x single beds in it are well separated for privacy and space. Separate kitchen with gas hob and big fridge freezer Loved having a washing machine. Very central location, bakeries and supermarkets a few mins walk away. Delightful staff who speak great English and will advise on parking and anything else you need. No parking available onsite as this is central city in a old town with twisting streets. However, there are several secure carkpark areas 5-10 mins walk away - approx 6€ for 12-24 hours, depending on what you agree on!

The hotel is located in a perfect location, in the central part of Canakkale. There are many shops for shopping and places to eat nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you need for a complete rest. Moving on the floors is done using an elevator, there are also stairs. On the top floor, there is a nice terrace where they offer breakfast. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, which is 200 Turkish lira per day. Parking is difficult on a weekday between 1 pm and 6 pm. Mega Beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

I think it is good to refresh the room and replace the furniture with newer ones. It is not bad to think about reorganizing the furniture in the room.

Everything was extremely well including the location of the hotel. İt is very quiet and comfortable for resting at night. Also there are a lot of bakeries and supermarkets in the area. The hotel is also very close to the taxi stop, close to the public transport. I liked how helpful was the staff of the hotel. I was coming very late at night and they explained to me everything in the details how to how to get to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is extra payful but ıt's really OK. İ hope to return there in the future.

Nothing to complain about.

One of the rare cases when the apartement was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was a pleasure staying there with my family. The place was cozy, perfectly clean and tidy, with smart room layout and personal space for everyone in our traveling party. On the upper floor terrace is offered good breakfest, if you wish, but you can also prepare it yourself, using kitchen corner units at your apartement. As for the bathroom, then bathrooms usually tend to be quite small, but this one was large enough and comfortable and we had an option to use a washing machine as well. Great location – close to the ferry port, museums and the famous Troy Horse Statute. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The accommodation was spacious. Everything was clean and lovely. The place had everything that one would need to feel at home. It had a nice kitchen and a very big wardrobe, a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa and a sofa chair along with a coffee table. It also had a fridge and a washing machine. I was happy that I chose this place.

The wi-fi was quite slow in the apartment.

I loved how convenient everything was from the spacious rooms to the location and most of all how accommodating and helpful the staff is. It really felt like home.

The internet was a disappointment. I know the problem is with the building itself but still, I had to attend few meetings online and it was very difficult. I would also like to recommend adding more functional stuff in the kitchen like a salad bowl for example.

Very good hotel in the heart of Canakkale. Spacious apartment with everything you need for a week's stay. The staff is very responsive and helpful. There is parking next to the hotel, which is paid for additionally, but is convenient for people using a car. Nearby there are eateries, shops, pharmacies and many other commercial establishments.

I was very late due to Flixbus' cancellation of the previous bus, and arrived at around 2 am. The staff coordinated very well, and sent me WhatsApp messages detailing pictures to ensure that checkin was smooth even when there wouldn't be a staff in the office. It was an absolutely smooth experience. The room was very spacious with sofa, chair, kitchen. I stayed only for a few hours, but wish I could spend more time.

Nothin to do with this hotel in particluar, but all Canakkale hotels seem to be quite far from the intercity bus station. So while booking it's better to please keep this additional logistics in mind. Getting a cab at the bus station wasn't a problem though.
