I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every taste. What truly made the stay memorable were the emphatic employees—they went out of their way to ensure comfort and satisfaction, showing genuine care and attention to detail. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel is very nice and it is located in the center of the city. The rooms are not very big but are ok. The room was clean, but it could be better, the windows and the mosquito net were dirty. The personal was very friendly. Regarding the parking lot, the car was parked by the staff, we could not see the parking place they didn't want to tell us (a bit strange, but in the end it was ok).

The room does not offer the most modern design but it fits good. Parking is included and the staff will help (you need to leave the keys at the reception and they will take care). Nice view. Very close to the port and city center. Breakfast was good.

We had a balcony but no chairs to sit.

The room was spotless and the beds were comfy! The staff was nice and polite, although they couldn't speak English well. We parked the car behind the hotel. The hotel is in a good area and we didn't need the car to explore around.

The breakfast was quite poor. Not many choices. The coffee was awful, for my taste.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent. Our room had a view of the street and also the port and the strait! It’s right out in front of the ferry. Breakfast is great.

A little maintenance is needed in the room.

The room was big enough for two people, big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Hotel is positioned close to the sea and to nice restaurants.

The water at the shower was not warm enough, especially for the month of December.

Great location - close to ferry and right in town. The room was great, big and clean. There was complimentary water available and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and so helpful with car parking etc.

Everything. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. We arrived a few minutes after breakfast time was over but the lovely lady Filiz allowed us to take our breakfast. The location is perfect.

There is nothing to complain about, but perhaps rooms could have a box of tissues and more variety at breakfast
