A very large room with a good size bathroom and everything was very clean. Good water pressure and hot water day and night. The bed was comfortable with nice linen and pillows. Breakfast was a standard Turkish buffet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available directly in front of the hotel. Short drive into the main part of the city, and a small supermarket is available around the corner.

Not a good place if you are a light sleeper and get a street facing room. It is located on a very busy intersection and the windows are not soundproof, so the loud traffic noise continues until at least 11pm-12pm. The room description said there was air conditioning but then I found out they only allow it to be turned on in summer. You cannot cool the room from the built-in heater (no on-off or temperature control switches on heater). It became quite stifling and opening the windows created more traffic noise. If you fall asleep with the windows open during winter you will wake up freezing, so if you want/need to control room temperature confirm the room description matches the room you are paying for. I paid for the laundry service (washing/drying) and some items came back quite damp.

Comfy and big rooms, lovely staff and big parking in front of the hotel

Everything could be great, just that we were on the wrong side of the hotel, facing the street. We cannot sleep with ac on, so we had to open the window on a very busy and noisy street day and night. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change the room. Ac on minimum ventilation is not very disturbing to be able to sleep. Breakfast is pretty bad, but you can choose some items not to remain hungry

Reasonably priced, well-located hotel especially if you're driving into Canakkale because the city centre is packed and not great for driving into. It is a short taxi ride or 30 minute walk from the hotel into the Canakkale city centre and waterfront. The rooms were clean well-designed and pretty spacious.

Check out was a bit of a hassle as the hotel staff messed up our payment details, and we had to try various means to make payment after our stay, but not a big problem.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Air conditioner was not working in the 3 rooms we booked

It s in a good area with amazing staff. The breakfast is delicious, having a big variety of dishes.

Some of the appliances need a makeover. In our room you Couldn t close comple the balcony door so It was nosy from outside

The Ac was not working, so it was hot.

A very good hotel, both for an intermediate night and for a stay of several days. Hygiene is up to par. Breakfast was satisfactory. Having parking is a huge plus these days. There is a mall, restaurants and cafes nearby. The sea is also close. The city center can be reached by car or taxi. I recommend.
