The hotel provided us two room keys, which were convenient for a group of four guests. There were convenient stores around the hotel, and the intercity bus terminal was very closed to the hotel. There was a washing machine for guests to use, but the menu button on the machine was in Korean, which required some time to guess the suitable function.

We booked a room with 4 futon beds, but we were puzzled seeing only 2 beds set up when we entered the room, so we shifted around few furniture to have a space for the other 2 beds. The staff mostly didn't understand English. We stayed 3 nights there, we didn't get coffee and tea bag replacement on the second day.

Location is 2 minutes walk from the Kunsan express bus terminal. To access to tourist attractions, you need to take a taxi or public transportation with reasonable fares. Local people were kind. Room overall was very good and clean. Bed was comfortable and quiet.

Receptionists were not warm but businesslike. We had a breakfast buffet on our second day, there were a group of over 100 pax with 3 chefs and 2 servers. It was a chaos and mess. We did not have enough food due to long line and left early. The hotel should arrange a separate room for that group.

Convenient to bus station

Because of the holiday weekend they changed their breakfast service time, but the paperwork they gave us at checkin showed a time, but when we got there it was closed. Dissapointing they didn’t let us know the adjusted hours

Their English is very poor. There are lights in the room than cannot be turned off, light switch, TV modem and thermost. I like a dark room

Great room and facilities, really helpful staff on reception and special praise for the cleaning and kitchen staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Room: comfortable: nice bed, TV, desk, shower is good <not excellent>, toilet very good. Very good point: right next to bus station, gym excellent Japanese restaurant for at least 2 pers, easy access, very convenient <buses>, luggage can be stored

Small issue: not perfect for a foreign solo trveler: hard to find where to eat close to the hotel.

This is my second time staying here - i like the location, with Lotte Mall only 15 minutes walk away. There are convince shops close by, next to the bus terminal. The room is a good size and staff very helpful. Parking is also easy and plentiful.

It met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, had a good breakfast. We enjoyed exploring the city by walking. The bus station nextdoor is very helpful for a foreigner.

Mattress was a bit hard.

Good location, mall 20 minutes walk away. Reasonably quite. Clean and tidy. Would stay again.

It was the little things that let the hotel down, for the price, I expected a little better. Coffee and tea in the room only 2 servings per day. No hand lotion supplied. Front of house staff never say hello, also a guest in a wheelchair was offered no assistance when leaving in the rain.
