The place room that we stayed in was new and the place was very clean. It is 5mins away from the train station but I advise that you take a taxi.

The staff were very friendly but it would have been easier if they can speak more english. There were probably only 2 staff that spoke minimal English. Saying that though, they tried their best to help us in every way when we needed anything.

Nothing to say, everything was really comfortable

If you don’t take a taxi the way to access to the hotel is really hard with the suitcases…

The place is a bit outside of the city So it was quiet stay. It was a short stay, but nothing more. A big.tv, nice river.view and big tall lobby were nice.

Bath room floor was sticky from spilled body wash soap. Wall papers were peering and stained. Facility was showing its age.

I wanted to like the place but the staff was rude as soon as I arrived and after that i seriously debated on canceling my stay but I had to go to an engagement so I stayed.

The staff was really bad. 1. I arrived with a friend that lives in the area. She was showing me around and honestly I should have stayed with her but I didn’t want to impose so I rented a hotel room. The staff asked me repeatedly if she was staying I said no she was showing me around. Then they asked her, we were basically harassed the entire time. I never had this happened before so I was really taken aback by them. 2. My key stopped working so I went up the counter and there was a line. I waited patiently for my turn but the girl that was going to take care of me pretended to be occupied so she wouldn’t have to talk to me. Once she hear me ask the other staff member if I could get a new key because mine wasn’t working she said she could do it but I told the other person that I prefer he helped me since she didn’t want too. 😒
