Everything. It was a pleasant get-a-way from the jam-packed tourist towns down south. The place is a little paradise with a staff that really takes care of you. The food is fabulous and I got a massage damn near every day. I left refreshed.

Floor fans in the restaurant during the hot part of the day. The ceiling fans are too high up. Floor fans would be better to help with flies and cool off. The evenings and dinner were quite pleasant during my December visit.

Truly everything. Firstly the staff, always friendly and accomodating. The room was detached and was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Their restaurant was the best we experienced I 30 days in Bali. The quality of the food and presentation were superb. All at a reasonable price. We used their driver for pick-up from Lovina to drop off at Munduk for a good price. He was a very good safe driver. The swimming pool is clean and large with a swim up bar. Lastly we booked 2 snorkelling trips to Manjangan Island through them using their dive centre. They were both fantastic and so much cheaper than other places we compared. Don't pay excess for snorkelling trips, they all go to the same spots and the coral is amazing where on Manjangan Island. This hotel is incredibly well run and is great value.

Great location, short walk to beach and Biorock. Nice restaurants and bar on beach to chill out. Well maintained garden and pool. The scent of frangipanis everywhere was a treat to senses. Helpful team.

Cleanliness can be improved. Time to change the pillows. See photos of two pillows. The other two were the same. Enclosed outdoor shower and basin didnt work well for me as it gets sunny in there. Met with a huge cockroach in the bathroom at night. Have to walk everywhere as there was no gojek or grab. While Permuteran was not big, it was very hot and dusty in the day with hardly any tree cover, and big trucks passing by. Some other lodges provide free push bikes tp get around but there was none available at Tirta Sari.

During our 10-days stay in Bali, where we changed hotel every 2 days, Tirta Sari was the best place we have stayed in. Everything was perfect ! The atmosphere is calm and everything is beautifully decorated. The garden is like an oasis ! The bungalows are clean, with a nice terrace. The staff is extremely helpful and nice and the restaurant excellent! The beach is on 1 minute walk and the spa was very much appreciated especially after an adventurous stay in Java. If it was to come back in Pemuteran we would definitely choose the same place to stay.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Hotel is not very big, with limited number of bungalow settled around a garden and a swimingpool. All are settle so that there no vis-à-vis, in calm area away from road noise. Bungalow was very nice with beautiful outside bathroom. Disapointing at first sight, but convenient and confortable in such country. Wonderful swiming pool, clean, with nice vegetation surrounding, flowers and a bar with seat in the water at the end. Hotel is 2 min walk from beach, and close from all commodities. Good small spa area is available all daylong at good price so very convenient as well. Breakfast was very good, served at table with choice and fresh fruit juice. Regarding restaurant, it was really good and very well presented for reasonable price. It is not pur habit at all but we finally took all our 3 diners here without disappointment. Spending few walk in other resort around much more higher standard on the paper, I highly prefer this small hotel one, much more confidential.

Our bungalow had a door locked, shared with a twin one. It was not a problem during our stay since nobody was there, but I wonder if it could be disturbing if occupied.

Lovely traditional Balinese buildings in an attractive and peaceful space. Happy, friendly staff. The room was spacious and had good AC, a little fridge and plenty of hanging space. Nice veranda. The bathroom was huge for shower and toilet, but not air conditioned as roof was slightly open. The restaurant had good food and breakfast offered several choices. The pool bar was open all day for drinks including coffee. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and plenty of warungs, cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The shower nozzle was not a spray, just a solid stream of water. The bed was creaky. Despite the property and grounds being kept in pristine condition the laneway outside which you walk either to the beach or the main road is dirty, rocky and dusty with very poor lighting at night. As it is the only way to access the bungalows it really should be improved.

I am a regular guest at Tirta Sari, at least once a year. Pemuteran is still reasonably quiet and unspoilt and Tirta Sari feels like a second home. Great value and lovely staff. Oh, and the food is amazing!

I only book the rooms at the back because the standard rooms can be noisy due to thin walls. That's just me as I am light sleeper, it might not bother others, all the rooms are good value.

We had a very good experience at this hotel, which is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The Balinese bungalows are charming and cozy, with beautiful timber accents and lovely decorations. My bungalow featured a nice terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool. The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering great food and wonderful service from the staff. Overall, it was a delightful stay with a perfect blend of comfort and style.

The bathroom is half-outdoor but if you don't mind it then it is fabulous. However, the first time I showered, I was covered in ants... it was a horrible experience, so staff should try to erase these ant walkways...

Location is great being so close to the beach and many restaurants. Resort felt very safe and the staff were super friendly.

Arranged pick up from the airport and checked 3 weeks before coming that it was arranged and confirmed it was, to find out on the day we arrived in Denpasar that no one was there to pick us up. Slightly frustrating but able to arrange something with a taxi at the airport for a slightly higher fee.

The bungalows are set out in 2s with each having a little porch to sit on and watch the world go by, probably the hottest water I ever used in Bali. With the unique bamboo shower head. Staff are friendly and everything was no drama Spas was excellent and well priced for being in a hotel Right next to the turtle conservation complex Short stroll down the lane way and alleyway to the beach with restaurants to the left(bring a touch/mobile to light the way at night) The steamed duck was amazing but have to order in advance Laundry was cheap 70 thousands for just over under 2kg

Rooms are showing some age and could do with a touch up. Kettles need a good descale or replacement as they don't look to flash
