Great location, very nice and welcoming staff, functional apartment close to the beach

We wish we had basic products provided upon arrival like soap, salt and pepper, bin bags… Kitchen appliances are old, we had to change the micro wave on day 2, the plates were too big and couldn’t fit in the micro wave or in the dishwasher. The outdoor furniture also needs to be replaced. 2 chairs were broken and couldn’t be used. WiFi wasn’t working and we had to borrow a router at the concierge desk of the residence.

Modern, spacious apartments, excellent location, 5 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked well, however, everything usable is missing (as others noted as well), so make sure you buy EVERYTHING before you come here. There is NO basic stuff like hand soap and trash bags.

In one of the bedrooms, there are constantly dead ants falling from the wooden ceiling beams. We raised this issue with the reception but it never got resolved. We stayed in apt #36.

Excellent mattress on the bed, cleanness of the place, appartement located in a well maintained and calm environment

Throughout the stay there was the rather annoying sound of rodents (mice ?) moving in the space between the ceiling and the roof. Local beach very crowded, rather go to Palombaggia beach

We loved everything! The location was quiet and beautiful. The proximity to the beach and pool were wonderful and we barely shared it with anyone. The flat and facilities were clean and well tended.

Nice clean and quiet appartment located in St Giulia bay. Maintained large areal. Path from areal to beach.

Large areal - “long” trip from car to appartment, “long” trip to trashbins. “Long” trip to beach, also via car parking. Then round the beach to different part of bay where is free slot. Hard to eat out outside of main season - we had tapas :) in beach bar - lots of mosquitos on second day. Closed areal - no bakery service in the morning Apparment itself is equipped well for cooking, small supermarket is at beach, normal about 10 km away in the city. did not got the information that reception is in another areal, so complications at checkin. Recommend to ask for wifi network name and password when checking in. I had to return to reception and asked only for password, which was lenghty and did not match any of the visible networks.

Check-in time on booking is wrong (16h). They don’t allow guests to check-in before 17h. we had to wait 7 hours for check-in with a little baby even though we asked in advance for check-in in the morning and the hotel was almost completely empty. then one afternoon the water stopped working. Without notice in advance. when we asked when we will be able to use the toilet, shower etc. again we were told that they call us back with a time estimate. they never called back. a couple hours later water started to work again.

Fabulous fully equipped apartment, minutes from the beach. Unless you are happy to stay at the same beach for your entire trip, renting a car is a must. We discovered this and had to return to the airport to rent a vehicle. We would definitely come again, it’s a fabulous family friendly option, but a vehicle is a must!

Location was close to the beach. A car is needed to buy groceries etc.

There are no shops around the location. There are limited restaurants close by.
