Great location,staff so friendly especially Roal and Carlos, who spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing,would highly recommend this hotel. Hasta la proxima.

My parents had half-board and The food in the hotel was consistently excellent. The staff were all very helpful and kind and super friendly during the whole week. Since my father is very elderly and has reduced mobility they even upgraded them to a much bigger room at no extra cost. The room was cleaned superbly every day with fresh everything and two bottles of free water were provided for free as well each day. A big thank you to the staff for looking after them so well.

Only one slight drawback was that the water from the showers overflowed into the bathroom. Thr staff are aware of this and did provide them with extra mats.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the sandy Arenal beach and 15 minutes to the lovely port area with it's bars and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the hotel giving regular access to the bus station in Xabia old town and the suburbs and coastal scenery of Cala Blanca and beyond. The hotel staff are lovely and very friendly. Joel in the dining room is always smiling and greets everyone with a warm smile and a friendly word every morning at breakfast. Reception staff incredibly helpful and always greet you back with a friendly word and a broad smile.

Can't think of much. Only that the bar in reception was very quiet and underused. We didn't really use it as much as we usually do during a hotel stay where we like to unwind after an evening stroll and dinner. Maybe different in high season.

Having seen mixed reviews on this hotel, I was not sure what to expect. I knew the location is superb as I know Javea well. We were totally delighted with our stay here. We had a sea facing room with a small balcony. The bedroom was well equipped with bath robes, fridge and amazingly the hairdryer "fixed" to the wall in the bathroom was great - unlike many like this. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and breakfast was perfect with a good selection of breads, pastries in addition to offering a good selection of freshly cooked food.

Struggle to find anything that we didn't like. Parking can be hard but there are plenty other opportunities in neighbouring streets

The hotel was in a perfect location . The breakfast was great ,a continental first then you chose off a menu for your hot breakfast and they changed the menu daily . very high quality food and was enough choice . The lady who worked in the breakfast room was very friendly

The only thing we didn't like was we were at the side of the hotel so had no outside space and building work was going on ,but to be fair only till around 4pm,that didn't put us off and would definitely stay here again

Deluxe Double suite with an ocean view/terrace is a very large suite. The bathroom with the soaking tub was worth the price alone! It was wonderful to have after a long flight from the States and jet lag! Excellent complimentary breakfast with a large buffet of options, espresso machines, as well as one entree item off the menu were included. Being able to walk along the promenade next to the Mediterranean Sea directly across the one way street was a plus. Closer to Arenal beach but an easy walk to the port and old town. No car needed. This nice clean hotel is an excellent value. Highly recommend!

the choice of breakfast options was exceptional ,the cooked options were amazing and changed frequently through the week the shower was powerful and excellent. the staff were wonderful always smiling and helpful the location was very good close to arenal beach,bars and restuarants

the shower room would be improved with some shelving for toilet bag/shaver etc

Property was modern, clean and all amenities you require are either there or made available. The staff are absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

ONLY (and tiny) thing I would change is to have a small fridge in the room instead of a mini bar. Keeps items for families with small children colder.

Hotel was light and clean. The location was great. A short walk from the main town and in a nice quiet area. Enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that the menu changed most days. The staff were very helpful and addressed any issues promptly. Also LOVED the Rituals toiletries!

The pool was on the small side and didn’t fit all guests . Needed to get up early to guarantee a space.

The hotel staff were all so friendly, and the reception staff would always respond enthusiastically to any of our queries. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was excellent. The small pool was great for sunbathing and cooling off, with free pool towels, which you could change daily. The breakfast had a great choice of freshly made spanish dishes, and there was always a fresh fruit option. The staff were also happy to adapt dishes to your own preference. We loved this modern hotel and we will be back! (But next time we will book a sea view room, as the views are amazing!)
