Check in was at 16:00, but I arrived at 09:00 after a very long trip. Staff was so nice and allowed me to check in so early. That was very kind

Honestly I dont have anything to point, I stayed a few times already.

We were on a cycling trip and they had safe storage for our bikes. Staff were helpful. The receptionist in the morning gave us some information about our cycling route. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. There was air conditioning which we used as room got very hot. Breakfast was good, different options, good coffee and spacious dining room.

They seem to have a problem with sewage or drains (it has been mentioned before here), which caused a smell in the bathroom. We kept the bathroom door closed and that was ok.

Great location, clean, super friendly and prestative staff. Calm environment if you need to work. The terrace is an excellent "work place". Excellent rates for business.

The room, does not have a mini bar.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Room was spacious.

At check-in, the staff was not forthcoming about amenities such as breakfast, so I missed out the first day!

Hotel was very nice and clean, with a safe storage area for cycle. Ponte de Sor seemed to be closed with many restaurants closed on a Tuesday. Some even looked closed for longer. The Barril was very nice.

The hotel smells clean when you walk in, they have breakfast which is nice and convenient.

The bed mattress was on the worn and soft side. The shower head wall mount needs to proper repair.

I have been staying for a few times, and check in is super fast, as soon as I arrive, my key is already waiting at the reception desk. Super fast & comfortable

Would be nice to have the option of breakfast on the terrace adjacent to bar. Some background music would be good in the breakfast room

They kindly supplied an iron and hairdryer upon request but were unable to supply an ironing board which meant it really was impossible to iron the garments that were needed.

The room was well furnished and equipped with all the usual. Compact shower room all nicely done. Excellent buffet style breakfast with a good selection and frequently restocked. Receptionist recommended the best restaurant a short walk away

I love it! The people it’s great, very very nice for everyone! The room was very clean, it’s near of the center, and the bathroom it’s great! The breakfast was also very good with great people from the hotel!
