Superb location, close to the airport, but right on Lake Victoria (and a magnificent view). Excellent breakfast with many buffet choices. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was lovely and spacious (much appreciated!). DInner was also very good. Staff were always pleasant and helpful, always looking for ways to be helpful and always smiling. Free airport shuttle was also greatly appreciated. We also hired a driver (Wahab) for the day through the hotel and he was excellent.

Can't think of anything

This is one of the best places to be. The location is excellent, close to the airport. The garden and lake side views are unmatched. The food is very good.

The showers didnt work easily, getting hot and cold. The spa was broken and in the gym half of the machines didnt work. The room was a bit dated, and then one day there was just an invasion of lake flies.

We arrived on a Sat afternoon. There was the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is right by lake shore and the view was great. In the hotel there were families enjoying the weekend by the pool side. The vibe of the hotel was quite relaxing and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good. Facilities were nice and well maintained. The hotel is also right next to a public beach where locals were partying, but we did not go to the beach because of the crowd.

Overall not much to complain about. The rooms are well maintained but felt a little worn out. But it was very acceptable and we enjoyed our stay. While free shuttle service was provided, the 2-3 mins ride from the airport to the hotel became over 30 mins due to heavy traffic getting out of the airport. Not the fault of the hotel though. The driver Saddiq did kept us engaged and interested by introducing Uganda and Entebbe to us while were stuck in traffic. That was very nice of him.

Excellent choice of breakfast also lovely evening meals with careful attentive staff. Loved the room and view. Great location for airport and able to leave luggage for the day. Thank you for such a great experience.

The location is perfect if you are looking for a place quite close to the airport. I loved the ambience!

Perhaps the hotel could consider having a variety of food for vegetarians during breakfast?

Location is great and breakfast was very good

The hotel phone doesn’t go through if you call before arriving at the hotel. All communication is by email . They can do better by fixing their phone listed on the website

The lake side view and location

The bugs at evening, mosquito in the room. The gym equipment is a little old and out-dated. And they need to be cleaned properly, some handle are sticky.

The Executive suite I slept in with the view of the lake. The friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is super. One can easily have that for the entire day.

The fish wasn't good. It had a bad smell.

Wifi in the rooms furthest away from the dining room is terrible. Rest of the resort is very good.

Great location for me as I needed to be close to the airport and the UN base. hotel is secure and comfortable.

it isn’t cheap, and I found the in room dining menu quite small.
