The breakfast is always delicious and filling. You get a lot more for your buck than you would in the states. This is my go to when arrive in Uganda. I always take my time going to Kampala by staying the night in Entebbe. I regretted not staying longer. Entebbe Stay has been the peace before the traffic in Kampala and the boda bodas lol. My flight was delayed and was in communication with Wilson who was already on top of my arrival details. Good feeling knowing I would have no issues being picked up from the airport as I traveled alone. The staff is very professional and friendly. I'm all smiles when I get there and didnt want to leave...see you next year

It was a delight to stay at this apartment/hotel. The staff was kind, accommodating, and prompt. The apartment was well-decorated, clean, and spacious. The breakfast and lunch was extremely delicious. For example, I had a continental breakfast, but it everything tasted fresh. I appreciated the complimentary airport pickup and drop off and laundry service. The WIFI worked well. I will definitely stay at this apartment/hotel again when I come to . Norah and her team are incredible.

The location is less than ideal. There isn't much to see in the area. However, since this was a short stay for me before heading back to the States, I didn't mind the location. Also, the driver was slightly late with picking me up from the airport. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been ideal for the driver to be present when I arrived.

Review: A Hidden Gem in Entebbe, Uganda I recently stayed at Entebbe Stay Apart-Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value it offered compared to other hotels in the area. The accommodations were exquisite, with beautifully appointed rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and lounges. The staff and management were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Arranging transportation was a breeze, with Ubers readily available from 5 AM and arriving within 7 minutes. The hotel's breakfast and meals were delicious, and the pool and bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, with the airport nearby and Kampala just an hour away. The hotel also has a wonderful vehicle and driver that can be hired for short transfers and longer trips. The only minor drawback was the noise from surrounding areas, which could be bothersome at night. I recommend bringing a good pair of silicone earplugs to ensure a peaceful sleep. Overall, Entebbe Stay Apart-Hotel is a fantastic choice for travellers seeking a luxurious and affordable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Entebbe.

Spotlessly clean spacious airconditioned apartment with everything you need to unwind after a safari tour. The bonus for us was the complementary airport transfer in luxury vehicle. Only 10 min from the airport. This is ideal for families or friends travelling together as the apartment has two or three bedroom options. Smart wall mounted TV worked well. Nice pool and bar area, staff were very helpful and friendly Very nice breakfast included.

The locals like to party, and it was rather noisy until the early hours. Neighbourhood is not the best, but the home had very good security.

Excellent service, exceptional staff especially Gilbert, Saleem(?), Lucy, and Norah. Highly maintained facility and very clean. All amenities provided, and even more, upon request. Very comfortable for us, and was home, away from home. We will definitely stay there again wherever we are in Kampala. Actual photos attached, close to pics shared.

Not in the best neighborhood, but building itself stands out and very secure. Also we could have some wifi extenders to the master bedroom in the 3-bedroom apartment. These days, everything runs on internet.

The apartment is spectacular. The modern amenities (air conditioning, amazing showers, fridge/freezer, Netflix, etc) was the perfect place to unwind after our 14 day safari. An added bonus was the little pool - it was heaven sent after a very long, dusty drive from Mburo Nat'l Park. We ordered dinner upon our check in - the grilled fish filets and mashed potatoes was one of the best meals we had our entire vacation. Breakfast was delivered to our room the next morning and was also delicious. From the moment we checked in to being dropped off at the airport, Wilson, Norah, Delgracious, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Wilson was sooo gracious to allow us a very late check out since my partner was feeling ill; he also arranged a boda boda (which I highly recommend as a method of transport during your stay!) for me to get to and from the botanical gardens. The location is a little out of the way from the main tourist area, but I actually enjoyed watching the locals go about their day/evening. A big plus is that it is only a 15 minute-ish drive from the airport.

It was no fault of our hosts (and I actually really enjoyed watching/listening!) but just a heads up the music was a little loud coming from the pork joint/bar across the street at night so you may want earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Wilson and the entire staff were excellent. We actually stayed here at the beginning of our time in Uganda as well as at the end. On our arrival, we were very early into Entebbe and our airline failed to send the luggage for practically everyone on board. This created a 2-3 hour delay getting out of the airport to where Wilson was waiting to pick us up. He was still there, courteous and helpful, without any angst due to our delay. Additionally, when we arrived at the hotel, it was much too early to check in. No problem, the staff fixed us up in another room where we could relax and even shower if we wanted, and brought us coffee, all at no charge. This was a new level of customer service for me. Of course, I understand that if they didn’t have the space, it would have been different, but they did and going far beyond what was expected earned them the highest honors.

The only thing I didn’t like was that, at first encounter, the menu item selections for the restaurant were pretty slim. However, don’t despair! I discovered that Chef’s Dale and Gilbert will cook to order provided they have enough lead time. How extensive they’d go is uncertain, however, for my wife, myself and our guests, every time we ate on site they accommodated our “off menu” requests in addition to those on the menu.

This apartment hotel has been done with lots of care, expertise and thoughts. We took the room on the upper floor and had the remote view of airport with landing and taking off aircraft. The sitting room is very spacious, nicely arranged and equipped with all necessary amenities. Smart TV had all possible channels and applications. The beddings in the bedrooms were just perfect and air conditioning worked nicely. Outside there is small bud very lovely swimming pool with crystal clear water and bar nearby.

Wilson is a great host who repeatedly went above and beyond to help me out and make my stay as pleasant as possible. The same goes for Gilbert and Monica; I don’t think you will find a staff more kind, polite, or accommodating. The facilities are also outstanding. I stayed in the two bedroom/two bath unit, which was spotlessly clean, had a full kitchen, A/C units in the bedrooms and living room, and a good-size television with Netflix available. You are staying in a nice apartment with a staff to look after you and cook for you. What's not to like? I would happily stay here again.

Internet was in a mood while I was there (though when it was right it was fast). Did not always love the food, though overall it was very good.

Everything about the property was to perfection. The property was very spacious, clean and included all the amenities you would need to make your stay more relaxing. It surely beat living in a conventional hotel. Wilson always went an extra mile to see to it that we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We will surely be staying here again ☺️it was the perfect way to end our trip to Uganda. Great value for money and the perfect hosts. I highly recommend it! Oh and you get free airport transfers😜
