Liked: - Good location. About 15 minutes drive from the airport. 10 minutes or less drive to Victoria Mall. A couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance. - Nice environment. The garden is good and that part of Entebbe is quiet. - Strong and reliable Wifi. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Flexible (24 hour) check in. - Shuttle service to /from airport. We have used this service on all our visits to this hotel and found it very reliable. - A staff member went out of her way to prepare breakfast for me as I had to head to the airport early. Disliked: - Bathroom could have been cleaner. - Breakfast options were a bit more limited on this occasion than we have had on previous visits. (No fruit)

- Very good location. About a 15 minute drive to Entebbe airport and 10 minute drive from Victoria Mall. (Room 16) - Situated in a quiet area. - Lovely garden. - The staff were all very helpful. We needed to go to the airport by 7 a m. so one staff member had our breakfast ready by 6 a.m. - Airport transfer provided. We found this service reliable and a big help.

- The second room we booked was supposed to be upgraded to the same level as the first. (Balcony with garden view). When we arrived this room hadn't been cleaned so we were given a standard room instead. - Mosquito net in room 16 wasn't functioning properly.

Everything was perfect. They picked me from the airport, staff was very friendly,room was very clean and food was delicious. Breakfast and transport from the airport included in the price and the price vas very good and cheap. Terrace if you wanna eat outside,garden,and the stuff helped me around whith tips and guidance plus they help me rent a car to move around. From the bottom of my heart i recomand this hotel.

I like everything. And my nex trip to Uganda 100% is going to be at AIRPORT SIDE HOTEL

I really enjoyed the accommodation and the kindness of the staff. I needed a late checkout and ride from the hotel to the airport and they were very helpful in coordinating that. Also, they provided a breakfast and coffee the next morning that was delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like; my room was a little smaller than when I had stayed before, but I didn't mind it. Also, my room (room 11) had a desk but no chair to sit in it, which was fine and I could've asked, but since I was staying for only one night, it didn't bother me too much.

Great organisation in advance via messages. Everything worked out perfect with the pick up service from the airport during the night and everybody at the hotel is very friendly. It’s clean and good situated e. g. it’s easy to visit the Botanical garden from here. The hotel has a beautiful garden itself which you can enjoy while having your coffee and enjoying your delicious omelette! Also, you can have a beer to end the day with a sunset view in the distance.

They came to pick me up at the airport and they also gave me the ride back to the airport 3 days after. The owner of the hotel is a nice and available person, he gave me the ride to the supermarket out of charge. The room is big and the area is very quiet.

It is isolated from the town, so u need a bora ride or just walk a lot. The restaurant has a very limited menu.

The hosts Joseph and Rebecca are exceptional people. They drve us to and fro to our convention venue every day despite it being late at night at times. The staff were friendly and polite. I'd definitely stay with them again. May they be abundantly blessed.

A few improvements can be made.

Hotel is a perfect start for your journey in Uganda. First of all they'll wait for you at the airport and transfer is included in room price. We arrived at 4am but that was not a problem for the staff and room was already waiting for us. In the morning you will enjoy breakfast and place is green and peaceful outside. Rooms are okay for this price.

Very friendly and helpful staff. In a surprisingly quiet location but with good access to town and the points of interest. Free airport shuttle a huge bonus.

A spartan room (bare lightulbs etc.) and a low pressure shower head which you have to hold yourself, but at the price these are very minor issues.

Location of property was very good to me, queit and good environment. Very good hospitality of the staffs from airport pick up to and fro. Transport service from the hotel to venue of meeting was excellent.

Absence of Tv in my room. Its better to include the facility for the purpose of getting information and enteriment when guest is in the room.
