We stayed in this hotel for one night and it turned out to be a great place to relax after our safari. The rooms are quite modern, everything is clean and working properly. We enjoyed the proximity of Victoria mall. if you still want to buy some last minutes souvenirs, have some nice food or need some shopping, it’s very convenient as the buildings are literally connected. What has to be also mentioned is the wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice.

The staff was generally very nice and professional besides one receptionist on our arrival day, that was not very polite and also making some unpleasant comments for example about the fact that we don’t have the same last name with my partner 😂 looking back it is a bit funny but at that moment we found it totally unnecessary and very unprofessional.

I did like the proactivity and responsiveness of Mr Rahim, the General Manager, who managed as quick as possible to solve the issue related to the timely provision of the pick-up shuttle at the airport. He has also demonstrated a sound professionalism without which I am not sure I would have visited the hotel again. In the same manner, Ms Catherine of the reception has also been kind, helpful and professional. Definitely I would be ready to revisit the hotel.

It would have been better to have a direct access from the main building to the garden/swimming pool (a backyard exit at the ground floor).

Wonderful location, attentive staff, and nice facilities. The location is attached to the mall, which is a bonus for exploring shopping options in Entebbe. The restaurant has good options, albeit not the best I encountered in Entebbe. Staff was attentive, but perhaps too soft-spoken at times for me to understand. (I'll admit this is very likely a cultural flaw on my part.) The mall, next door also has good food options.

If one is disturbed by being in a location with lots of armed guards with machine guns, be warned that this mall and hotel have that. This was the only place I stayed with such a pronounced security presence, but that may well be because it's the place that has the most dignitaries. To their credit, they are ensuring security protocols. But, if you are looking for a more low-profile hotel, you might look elsewhere. (I found some other, lovely options.)

The Best Western in Entebbe offered a very comfortable stay with clean, modern rooms and excellent amenities like fast Wi-Fi and a kettle. The friendly staff, convenient airport shuttle, and the shopping mall next door made everything easy and hassle-free. The pool area and on-site restaurant were also nice additions, making it a great place to relax before or after a flight.

Not a critique per se but the rooms, although clean and well-equipped, felt fairly standard and lacked a distinct local charm. For a unique Ugandan experience, this may not be the most striking option. Nonetheless, it’s an excellent choice for a dependable and convenient stay.

Great location. Next to the local shopping mall, across from craft market and near Botanical Garden. For the value of the price- it was excellent. Front desk lady - Shati provided great customer service. Attention to details and very kind. Thank you very much for looking after me. I loved staying at this hotel. I stayed here twice. Total 4 nights and 1 day-room booking. Highly recommended to everyone. Airport shuttle service was great.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. Room was comfortable, cozy and clean. Had working refrigerator. Good Air Condition. Shower and Toilet had good water pressure.

First time at this the hotel and was positively surprised. Everything was great. The staff was fantastic, especially noted Diane at the reception who was absolutely terrific. The staff at breakfast, especially in the kitchen were amazing and the breakfast was great for me who go for a strictly vegan diet. They fixed a fresh passion fruit juice without sugar and it was lovely. I loved the breakfast. It was refreshing that they they had local and healthy food. Thank you

The opening hours for the pool, gym and sauna are not favourable. Would be great if they would offer early morning or evening open hours. I ended up not using any of these facilities, as I had to be away during the day, which is unfortunate.

Very clean, well organized, good food, beautiful garden with pool, nice staff, safe, next to a mall and just on the opposite of a craft market. For one night or for travelers that will be busy with outside activities, it's quite a good place.

No comfortable outside place to sit in the evening. Especially for smokers. There's only a small terrace at the hotel restaurant (smoking not allowed). The garden and pool area is only open during day time (smoking not allowed). And to reach the garden/pool, it's necessary to walk around the building.

Location - close to the airport, within an excellent mall, safe in a closed compound. Clean spacious room with balcony. Even though overlooking a street and parking, the room stayed surprisingly quiet. Excellent powerful hot shower. Very helpful staff, answered all our questions, helped to book an amazing tour, and coordinated fantastic free airport shuttle. Good restaurant onsite - varied breakfast, and nicely prepared dinner. Special thanks to restaurant staff and chef for carefuly adhering to my meal requests. Note that food takes a while to arrive, but at the end it was worth the wait.

Terrible quality stained old hand towels - they seemed grayish-brown rather than its intended white.. Bath towels were fine. Also, although clean, the bedding had seen better days - i didn't expect this from the BW Premier brand.

The staff was very professional and accomidating. Housekeepers are great too, I didn't have my room cleaned everyday but they checked in on me to make sure I was not in need of anything. They have an awesome steamroom near the pool, this totally helped me decompress.

The hotel bar is small and could use an upgrade in size and outdoor patio for outside seating. Sometimes guests don't want to leave the hotel for drinks and entertainment. Its nice to have it in the hotel (for instance, bad weather).

It’s co-located with a mall with ok restaurants, a supermarket, a cinema, an MTN service center, a gym, an ATM, etc. and near the Botanical Garden, the beach, the Zoo, etc. It makes it real easy “to get started” on your visit to Uganda, to sort out various needs, visit some interesting locations, etc.

It’s not a terribly charming hotel and the mall isn’t exactly a joy either… but it works… same for the gym… it works…
