The hotel definitely met our expectations. The services offered by the hotel are definitely respectable - spa, swimming pool. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Victoria Mall, the view of the lake is impressive from the room we booked. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and included everything we needed - air conditioning that worked well, a mini bar including drinks and snacks (for a fee), a comfortable bed, a really spacious shower and toilet, hot water all the time, a really good water flow. Rooftop bar. Luxurious breakfast. Massage - we were surprised to find out that we were entitled to a 15-minute free foot massage. My wife and I booked an additional massage (for a fee) that was very professional by 2 different masseuses. But above all, I must mention the charming service of the reception staff at the hotel and above all the amazing service of Alice, who was simply wonderful, helpful and everything with great patience and a constant smile - her service added a lot to our sense of enjoyment of staying at the hotel - thank you very much Alice.

Our room was on the 5th floor, the floor above was the rooftop bar. When the rooftop bar closed, there was a long-lasting noise of chairs and tables being dragged around, which disturbed our sleep. There was only one hand towel in the room instead of two. But all of this pales in comparison to the enjoyment we had at the hotel, which we didn't even complain about.

the staff was exceptional. I felt like they were my family. The people at the desk took a caring interest in my activities and well-being, and the dining staff went out of their way to fill my needs. There was an amazing degree of personal attention. K had all the facilities of a large hotel, and all the personal warmth of a home-stay.

nothing--everything was supurb. When I first arrived I was disappointed. The hotel was very near the airport, and the street that it was on seemed desolate. So i thought that it was in a poor location. But it turned out that it was very close to everything that I wanted to see. And the hotel provided every service that I needed, from car and driver , and an onsite spa.

I travelled around southern and eastern Africa for three weeks, and K hotels Entebbe was my second favorite property of all the places I stayed. The staff was exceptional, both in clarity and friendliness. The room was wonderful with a remarkable amount of space and a terrace with fine views of Lake Victoria. The rooftop restaurant was stunning, not only for its views of Lake Victoria, but also for the charming waitstaff and the broad menu. I enjoyed a simply divine meal of Luwombo na matokee that was just beyond compare. If you want a top-quality hotel in Entebbe with food to match, K Hotel is an excellent choice.

First and foremost I have to emphasize that their staff is awesome! And by 'staff' I mean everyone: front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, security etc. They even prepared us an individual breakfast after we missed actual breakfast time because of an excursion in the morning. Of course it is a little pricey compared to other options but you get what you pay for. Our room was spacious with great lake views and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offers a daily changing variety of local dishes alongside continental as well as vegetarian options.

Sometimes WiFi in the room had a short outage.

It was very clean, and close to the airport. Stuff are friendly and I appreciated that not the exact same food was on display day after day for breakfast

I couldn’t have any visitors in my room which I found really odd. I appreciate the need to be security conscious however this is unheard of. Surely there’s other ways to ensure security is maintained? Also I appreciate the desire to obtain as many customer reviews as possible but the stuff literally hover around and ask you any Google reviews in their presence, responses are then read by them before you can submit. Felt a-little pressurising to write a good review.

Spotlessly clean, large room with balcony. Good shower with plenty of towels. Good selection of in room snacks and mini bar. Room service meals less expensive than restaurant- but still reasonable price. Roof top restaurant and bar - great views and lovely view. Rooftop pool refreshing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful- greeting me by name. They were amazing. Nandutu Modesa encouraged me to try new food at breakfast. Thank you everyone xx

Breakfast was very good with several types of dishes western, African, oriental food. Very good, staff exceptionally friendly. My next stay will definitely be there again.

Room was perfect, cleaned and well sized for my request, staff was very welcoming the good was good especially the breakfast I think the dinner was same standard but I did get a chance to have dinner because of my busy daily schedule.

Hotel room was very clean and large with a distant view of Lake Victoria. Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooftop terrace bar/restaurant was the highlight with good food and excellent staff.

The rooftop pool was more of a plunge pool but I was aware of this before I went so this is not a negative comment.

The food at K hotel has always been really good if a little slow at times. All the staff are amazing friendly and accommodating. It is in a great central location with Victoria mall very close. The swimming pool is great and the views from the rooftop restaurant are amazing. The beds are very comfy and the showers are incredible.

Great location, close to airport and two malls as well as beach, zoo and botanical garden. I loved the hotel facilities which included steam and sauna. The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, with large variety of fruits and food. Views from the room and roof top fantastic. They have also 15 min free foot massage for guests which was very nice. The evenings at the roof top had nice entertainment with local dance and music.
