The location is breathtaking, a lot of wonderful pools by the ocean. And the view is wonderful. Friendly staff Variety in food

It is not renovated, despite the amazing location a lot of facilities are missing. They can do wonders with that wide oceanfront Housekeeping: unclear schedule

It was clean, we stayed here for a week and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, the food isn’t amazing but you will always find something to eat, they had lots of meat dishes, freshly prepared pizza, I had omelet for breakfast every day cooked in front of me. My son had freshly cooked waffles, pancakes. Staff in the bar were lovely especially upstairs. , 2 big bars, 3 swimming pools. The people were lovely and did not hassle you to join in activities or do excursions. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We were the only English there.

Check in system could be improved. Instead of writing personal information on a paper before one can check in perhaps introducing an email/ online check in would be a better and more efficient way, especially during busy times. Fridge in my room was not cooling at all. Must say that with all inclusive I did not really need a fridge at all.

Lovely place. Staff were very friendly, particularly restaurant staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and a few special requests. We had a lovely time.

wide room, many swimming pools with and without salty water, nice sunrise bar on the beach with fine food, and overall 5 stars service in bars and restaurants. a new traditional Tunisian food restaurant to try absolutely (Couscous, Brick etc...)

big swimming pools, 2 nice beaches, beach bar turns into a disco with singers and DJs (big thank you to Neder). very kind personnel everywhere a big thank you to Wissem. I strongly recommend this hotel to families with kids and also adults without.

The location and space. The room in the Menzel with sea view. Friendly atmosphere. Direct access to beach

Entertainment for children started too late. Long wait for adults for Entertainment. Lack of music between 7pm and 9.30.

The location was great and appeared to be close to many of the out door excisions by taxi or hiking. We had an issue with the initial room which the reception staff were happy to make the necessary arrangements to offer an alternative room which was even better. it was really appreciated! And made our stay even more special. All the staff in all areas of the establishment were very friendly and helpful. language was a small issue but we managed to communicate regardless.

Not alot of Activities , ( I want to mention also the water wasn’t served, you need to ask for it more than multiple times , As there no shops close to the hotel , So i wish that to be considered specially at night

The facilities, the beach, the pools. The animation team are very good. I really enjoyed the dance lessons and step aerobic.

Lack of salt and pepper pots. Groups of people get priority.

The location of the hotel was great and the pools were so big and made us very happy that there were more. The sea was immaculate and the beach was very clean. The food was very varied and delicious. Our room was big and comfortable. Every day housekeeping cleaned your room and the products we used were replaced. This made us very happy.

Unfortunately there was no kettle tea and coffee in our room. Also the internet was pulling in our room. And our safety deposit box didn't work. We hope that these will be corrected.
