The hotel was clean and tidy. Other than the chap dressed in grey, who was a bit officious and was only there for two days anyway, the rest of the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They were brilliant. The village of Alella is a short walk away and the beaches are only a short car ride away.

The WiFi in our room was poor, though I have to say that the staff did their utmost to sort the issue despite their tech chappy being on holiday.

It’s beautiful! The staff are polite and friendly, the whole place is immaculate and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was hit and miss, also not fast enough to use my phone to download anything. I can’t comment on the Wi-Fi in the conference rooms, which is separate. However, the staff quickly asked the maintenance team to look at the issue.

I loved everything about this hotel. Quiet. Mature crowd. Away from the hustle and bustle of big city Barcelona. This is my home away from home. I come here 3 to 4 times a year and this will be my go to hideaway as long as there’s availability. Mamadou

It wasn’t too big, very quiet, the pool is lovely and the rooms very clean. Beds extremely comfortable.

Nothing! It was great. It’s a 20 min walk to the nearest train station which is maybe the only downside. Especially in hot weather. €15/€20 taxi each way. But it’s worth being a bit further out to get such a quiet and lovely hotel.

Nice and cosy hotel. Even our picky kids liked it. it was our first trip with the dog, so we didn't know what to expect and how it would work. The team was friendly and helpful re dog stay, they even provided us with a nice dog bed. It looks like the hotel has a good restaurant since every lunch/dinner all the tables were occupied with the hotel guests and locals.

the only issue was that we were not allowed to cook for our dog, and they denied to cook chicken we bought in a nearby supermarket.

We were delighted with the Hotel Arrey Alella. Located in a quiet area, easy to find and it's beautifully laid out. Pretty gardens and terrace, with a pool (much too cold in February though). Onsite parking. The rooms are modern and clean and we received an upgrade to one with a private terrace. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was very good, with some a la carte choices. Great coffee! Everyone was super friendly, lending me a phone charger when mine got lost. Our dog was also welcomed with her own bed in the room.

February in Spain is cold at night, and our heating wasn't working properly, it couldn't be fixed so we were given a discount for the inconvenience - plus extra blankets. Staff were very apologetic and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive. The restaurant had good food and excellent service.

The location was not very good. It was too far from the train station and impossible to get a taxi from the station to the hotel. We had to walk 40 min with our luggage to get to the hotel. Thankfully, the staff got us a taxi to get to the train station from the hotel but not from the station to the hotel. Honestly, I recommend having a car if staying at this hotel.

Excellent staff. Excellent Restaurant. Best breakfast in all of Barcelona. Book it. These are people born to be in hospitality. I have stayed many times and it feels like home.

A warm welcome back to this lovely gem of a hotel, hidden away in a residential area of Barcelona. The room with small terrace, table and chairs was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was generous with plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and professional. Dog friendly. Onsite parking. We had a lovely dinner too.

A kettle would have been nice in addition to the coffee machine. Some people prefer to drink tea.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Atmosphere was quite peaceful Hotel also has very nice restraurant for lunch and dinner option Only thing is that's needs to be considered is hotel is a little far away to beach. Not easy to go to seaside on foot but reacheble easly by car.
